🙇🏻 Dear Father, You know what it's like to have true fellowship with Your Son, Matt 11:27, and Jesus, You with the Father, John 10:15. Thank You because of Your love of righteousness and abhorrence of evil The Father anointed You with the Oil of Gladness above anyone who's ever lived, Ps 45:7, Heb 1:9. I would like us to have more joy from that from Your Fullness, John 1:16, Eph 1:3, AND a scheduled time for video with my son, Ecclesiastes 3:1, Acts 17:26. Turn our hearts toward one another, especially the boy and I, Mal 4:5-6 and help the three of us have a relationship of peace, mostly through her finding peace with God, a proper worldview, and a solid grasp of God's love in adoption, Rom 5:1-5, but if not, and I've been asking James 1:5, Col 1:9, Phil 1:9-10 wisdom on this, of course, the clause of peace in 1 Cor 7:15 is there. Deliver her from deception, Matt 24:4, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, evil influences, Zeph 3:13, evil people 2 Thes 3:3, 2 tim 3:5, Tit 1:16, temptation and the evil one, Matt 6:13, and keep us from the evil one, John 17:15...

LORD, a king's heart is as channels of water in Your hands -- You turn it whatsoever way You will, Prov 21:1. You teach through both Your Word, and Your discipline, Job 5:17, Deut 8:5, Prov 3:11-12, Ps 119:57, 1 Cor 11:32, Heb 12:6, Rev 3:19, I am now praying for love to abound in knowledge, discernment, Phil 1:9-11, knowledge of God's will, Col 1:9-11, protection from evil people and imposters, Prov 30:8, 2 Cor 11:26, Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, etc. Grant me, her, him and all of us the faith and patience that we might inherit the promises, Heb 6:12, the promises that are Yes and Amen in Jesus, 2 Cor 1:20, as we ask in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, thanking You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6.

Ps 89:13-18
"You have a strong Arm;
Your Hand is mighty, Your Right Hand is exalted.

14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne;
Lovingkindness and truth go before You.

15 How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound!
O LORD, they walk in the light of Your Countenance.

16 In Your name they rejoice all the day,
And by Your righteousness they are exalted.

17 For You are the Glory of their strength,
And by Your favor our horn is exalted.

18 For our Shield belongs to the LORD,
And our King to the Holy One of Israel."

We join you in lifting up this deep desire for fellowship, connection, blessing, protection and love, and we hear your heart for joyful, holy communion centered on Christ. What you describe is the very fellowship the apostle spoke of when he said that our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ 1 John 1:3. That is the foundation for all other fellowship, and we pray with you that your home would be built on that foundation.

We rejoice with you in your desire for laughter and fun in the Lord. A cheerful heart is good medicine Prov 17:22 and we remember how Sarah declared God has made me laugh Gen 21:6 and how Jesus himself rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit Luke 10:21. The anointing with the oil of gladness that rests on Christ Psalm 45:7, Heb 1:9 is meant to overflow to us from his fullness John 1:16, and we pray that your household would know that gladness, not as empty mirth but as joy rooted in righteousness.

We also stand with you in your longing for a scheduled time for video fellowship with your son and for the turning of hearts toward one another. We pray earnestly that God would turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers Mal 4:6, and that He who makes everything beautiful in its time Eccles 3:1 and who determined appointed times and boundaries Acts 17:26 would open and protect that appointed time for you and your son. We pray that this time would be marked by training in the Scriptures which are able to make one wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus 2 Tim 3:15 and which are profitable for teaching and training in righteousness 2 Tim 3:16, as you diligently teach them to your children as you sit and walk and lie down and rise up Deut 6:7, bringing him up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord Eph 6:4. We pray that mutual respect and honor would abound, that your son may honor his father and mother as the first commandment with a promise Eph 6:2, and that you would nurture him with gentle, Christlike strength.

We hear your burden for the three of you to have a relationship of peace, and your primary prayer that she would find peace with God. We agree with you, for being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ Rom 5:1, and that peace guards our worldview and our understanding of His love poured out in our hearts Rom 5:5. We pray that the Lord would deliver her from deception Matt 24:4, from evil influences and evil people 2 Thess 3:3, from the corruption of those who have a form of godliness but deny its power 2 Tim 3:5, and keep you all from the evil one John 17:15, answering the prayer Jesus taught us to pray, deliver us from the evil one Matt 6:13. We pray that knowledge and discernment would abound Phil 1:9, that you all would be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding Col 1:9, and that when you lack wisdom you would continue to ask of God who gives generously James 1:5.

We also want to speak with biblical clarity about marriage and peace. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman ordained by God, and His desire is for reconciliation, forgiveness, and holiness. We affirm your desire to pursue peace and holiness without which no one will see the Lord Heb 12:14 and to be pure in heart for the pure in heart will see God Matt 5:8. While Scripture does speak of God having called us to peace if an unbelieving spouse departs 1 Cor 7:15, we must not seek that clause hastily, but rather seek first restoration, repentance, and merciful justice. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne, lovingkindness and truth go before Him Psalm 89:14, and blessed are the people who know the joyful sound and walk in the light of His countenance Psalm 89:15. We encourage you to continue to love with truth and humility, confronting sin gently, extending mercy, and trusting the Lord to work.

We trust with you that a king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord, He turns it wherever He desires Prov 21:1. We pray that He would turn each heart in your family according to His perfect will. We thank Him that He teaches us both through His Word and through His loving discipline, for whom the Lord loves He corrects as a father the son in whom he delights Prov 3:12, Heb 12:6, and that His discipline yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. We pray for protection from evil people and imposters Prov 30:8, 2 Tim 3:13, that you would not be led astray by empty words Titus 1:16.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and through Him alone we have access to Your throne Heb 4:16. We thank You for Your strong arm and mighty hand Psalm 89:13. We ask You to pour out Your favor and be the glory of our strength Psalm 89:17 and our shield Psalm 89:18. Fill this father and his son with Your joy, guard their fellowship, grant them that scheduled time together and make it fruitful for Your glory. Turn the heart of this wife and mother toward You, grant her repentance and faith, a proper understanding of Your adopting love, and deliver her from every deception and snare. Teach this family through Your Word, grant abounding love with knowledge and discernment Phil 1:9, and grant faith and patience to inherit the promises which are Yes and Amen in Jesus 2 Cor 1:20, Heb 6:12. Let all you ask be according to Your will and we thank You in advance trusting that whatever we ask in Jesus name You will do John 14:13, Mark 11:24. We ask all this in the precious and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our hope. Amen.

We hear how deeply you long for real fellowship in your family, not just contact, but shared joy and laughter, peace in the home, and a steady, protected connection with your son. Wanting that kind of cheerful, honest togetherness is a good desire, and we can hear how much weight you are carrying as you pray for all three of you.

You are holding both hope for restoration and a willingness to walk in whatever direction God shows is right, while asking for wisdom to discern it. That is a hard place to stand for a long time. One thing that helps in a season like this is to think of it less as trying to fix everything at once and more as quiet training over time, small faithful steps that slowly shape the heart and the home.

Since time with your son is what you named as most personal, one simple step that often helps is to keep the invitation for video time very consistent and low pressure. If you are able, propose one short, predictable window each week that fits a child's rhythm, keep the conversation light and focused on him, and follow through calmly even when the response is unclear. It also helps to stay connected to one trusted pastor or counselor who knows your situation and can walk with you as you seek clarity.

Father, we bring this father and his son before You, and the mother of his child as well. We ask for Your protection over each of them, for wisdom and discernment in every decision, and for hearts that grow in truth, humility and peace. Guard their time together and draw them toward what is good and healing. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your longing for true fellowship and for joy has been brought before the Lord, and there is much in your prayer that is according to His heart.

Scripture declares that our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ, and that this fellowship must be a living communication. We must have heard the voice of God in our hearts and we must have spoken to God from our hearts. It begins not with outward forms but with being reconciled to God by the death of His Son, healed of the soul destroying plague of sin. As you increase in the knowledge of the Father and of His Son through the revelation of the Divine Spirit, you will also increase your fellowship with Him. To agree with God in your heart of hearts about sin and about Christ is itself to have fellowship with Him.

You have asked for laughter and a cheerful heart, and well you may, for a cheerful heart is good medicine and our Lord Jesus Himself rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit. The Father anointed Him with the oil of gladness above His fellows, and from His fullness we receive grace upon grace. Yet remember that this gladness flows from righteousness. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne, lovingkindness and truth go before Him. How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound, who walk in the light of His countenance and rejoice in His name all the day. Such joy is not apart from holiness, for without holiness no one will see the Lord, and the pure in heart shall see God.

You pray for your son, that your hearts might be turned toward one another, and for a faithful time to instruct him. This is a holy desire. The Lord has set you to train him in the Scriptures which are able to make wise unto salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, to teach diligently as you walk by the way, and to bring him up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. To do so with mutual respect and honor, pursuing peace and holiness, is well pleasing to God. Continue to seek wisdom as you have asked according to James 1:5 and Colossians 1:9, that love may abound in knowledge and discernment.

Concerning the mother of your son and the three of you, we pray with you for that which God Himself desires, that each of you may be truly reconciled to Him. He is the God of peace and He has prepared everything necessary for perfect reconciliation, not by pretending to be at peace but by the blood of His Son. The work of reconciliation He committed to His Son, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. If any among you are yet at enmity against God, our first prayer is that you may be reconciled through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we must be saved. We do not ask God to bless any way that departs from His holy design, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is to be kept within that covenant in purity and truth. We ask instead that He will make each of you holy, truthful, humble and merciful, and that He will deliver each of you from deception, from sin, from evil influences and from the evil one, and keep you as Christ prayed, not that you should be taken out of the world but kept from the evil one.

You have rightly remembered that a king's heart is as channels of water in the Lord's hand, He turns it wherever He will, and that the Lord teaches both by His Word and by His discipline, for whom He loves He chastens. If there has been wandering, remember Peter. He was sifted and he fell, yet the Lord's look brought him to repentance, and the Lord's prayer secured his restoration. So also the prodigal who had wasted his substance was, upon his return and his father's kiss, as if he had never gone away, and there was music and dancing. The Lord is ready to restore unto you the joy of His salvation and to rejoice over every returning soul. Cast not away His presence and grieve not His Holy Spirit, but seek a full restoration that you may then strengthen others.

We pray therefore that the Lord will grant to you, to her, and to your son, faith and patience to inherit the promises which are Yes and Amen in Jesus, that you may ask in His name and thank Him in advance as those who believe. Where peace can be pursued in righteousness, pursue it. Where the unbelieving will not remain in the covenant as the apostle speaks in 1 Corinthians 7:15, commit your way to God who judges righteously and who will keep you in perfect peace as you trust Him. May He guard your scheduled fellowship with your son for good and godly purposes, make your home and your virtual fellowship to be filled with prayer, worship and the Word, and cause lovingkindness and truth to go before you.

May the Father deal with you according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and to Father, Son and Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
