Feeling Down. Help Lord

Father, i honestly dont know exactly how im feeling right now,but its not good. Feeling down, cant sleep, things that happened in my past pop randomly in my head, relationship wise & stuff. Im afraid Afraid of my relationship and it shouldnt be this way not at all. I dont want to get hurt, i dont deserve it. No one does! I dont know if its You Lord that's telling me something or the devil feeding me lies but w.e. it is please help, be with me make me STRONG AND NOT AFRAID. I LOVE U. AND HAVE FAITH IN YOU FATHER. Im too emotional, its not good. Please Help. Thank u in the name of Jesus, Amen <3
