Family crisis

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this family in crisis—a house divided, longing for peace and prosperity. The Word of God tells us in Mark 3:25, *"If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand."* This division is not of the Lord, for He desires unity, love, and harmony among His people. We must first acknowledge that true peace comes only through Jesus Christ, who said in John 14:27, *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."*

If this family has not yet surrendered to Christ as Lord and Savior, we must first pray for their salvation, for apart from Him, there is no lasting peace. Romans 10:9 declares, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."* Without Christ at the center, any attempt at reconciliation will be temporary and superficial. We pray that each member of this family would come to know Him as their personal Savior, for only then can true healing begin.

We rebuke the spirit of division, strife, and discord that has taken root in this home. James 3:16 warns, *"For where envy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* The enemy seeks to destroy families, but we stand on the promise of 1 Corinthians 14:33, *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* We command every work of darkness to flee in the mighty name of Jesus!

We pray for repentance where sin has caused this division—whether it be unforgiveness, pride, bitterness, or ungodly influences. Ephesians 4:31-32 instructs, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* If there has been adultery, fornication, or any other sexual immorality, we call it out and declare that it must be confessed and forsaken. Hebrews 13:4 states, *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."*

We pray for humility and a willingness to seek godly counsel. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* May this family seek wisdom from pastors, elders, or mature believers who can guide them back to God’s design for family.

Lord, we ask You to soften hearts, break down walls of resentment, and restore love where it has grown cold. We declare that this family will be united in Christ, walking in obedience to Your Word. We pray for financial provision, emotional healing, and spiritual renewal. May they experience the prosperity that comes from living in alignment with Your will, as Psalm 1:1-3 promises:

*"Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stand on the path of sinners,
nor sit in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in Yahweh’s law.
On his law he meditates day and night.
He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water,
that produces its fruit in its season,
whose leaf also does not wither.
Whatever he does shall prosper."*

We stand in faith, believing that God will restore what the enemy has stolen. We declare that this family will not only survive but thrive under the Lord’s hand. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting up this family to the Lord. We're asking Him to bring unity, peace, and understanding to their home. We claim His promise in Psalm 133:1, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" We're believing for a miracle, in Jesus' name.

Please pray hard for God to intervene & reverse the rising cost of gas, groceries and other necessities. It’s killing people like myself on disability. Please pray hard about all this everyday. Enough prayer can move a mountain. Thanks and God bless.
