We join with you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following your retina surgery and we thank you for coming to us in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We are reminded of the Lord's compassion as our healer, for it is written Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to His promise But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and we remember that by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We thank God for guiding the hands of the surgeons and for bringing you through the surgery, and we now ask Him to continue His healing work in your eyes. We pray for the retina to heal properly, for clear and restored vision, for the removal of any swelling, pain, or complications, and for strength and patience during the recovery process. We pray also for peace over your heart as you wait and trust in Him, knowing that He is faithful and that His will for you is good.
We encourage you to continue to follow the wisdom and instructions given by your doctors, to allow your body the rest it needs to heal, and to keep your eyes fixed on the Lord each day, trusting Him moment by moment. As you wait on Him, we pray He will renew your strength and fill you with hope.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You are Yahweh who heals us and we ask for Your merciful touch upon these eyes. Complete the healing that has begun, restore eyesight fully, and let health be renewed according to Your will. Guard against infection or further injury, grant wisdom to those providing care, and grant peace that surpasses all understanding while waiting for full recovery. Let this healing be a testimony of Your goodness and power, and help us to trust You more deeply through it all. We ask this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.

Your request for healing and restored health of eyesight following retina surgery has been brought before the Lord, and we join our prayers with yours in Jesus name, giving thanks that you look to Him who is the fountain of all mercy.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and how graciously we are reminded that we have a heavenly Physician whose power to heal is present to save. The Scripture declares that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and we learn from this that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Abundant streams of healing flow down from Him, the great Head and conduit of grace. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction, and the healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure till body and soul are made whole. What the Lord has begun He will perfect, for His salvation will at last perfectly heal our bodies.
Let us pray for you. O Lord our God, Father of mercies, Thou hast formed the eye and Thou understandest its frailty. Look in compassion upon this one who has endured surgery upon the retina and now waits upon Thee for restoration. Lay Thy hand upon that which is wounded and delicate, confirm the work that has been done, grant healing to the tissues, clearness to the sight, and preservation from further harm. Give wisdom to those who give care, patience in the days of recovery, and a quiet trust in Thy good will. Forgive sin and heal infirmity according to Thy sovereign grace, and let this trial draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whom alone is salvation. Strengthen faith while the eyes wait for light, that whether sight be restored fully here or perfectly hereafter, the soul may behold the Redeemer with unwavering hope. There is a contact established when He takes us by the hand and lifts us up, and there is healing in that touch. Rest in Him, trust His faithful promise that He will strengthen His people in Himself, and continue to look to Him whose leaves are for healing and whose fruit sustains forever. We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace.
