We join you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following retina surgery and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in Jesus' name.
We are encouraged that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and receive His mercy and grace. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.
We know how precious sight is and how anxious the season of recovery after surgery can be, but we take comfort that our Lord is the great Physician who sees you and cares for every part of you. We remember the promise that But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jer 30:17, and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Ps 147:3. We cling also to the truth that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Ps 103:2-3, and that by his stripes, we are healed Isa 53:5.
We pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our dear one to Your throne of grace and ask for Your healing hand upon these eyes. We thank You for the skill You gave to the surgeons and medical team, and we ask that You would bless the work that was done and cause the retina to heal fully, strongly and completely. We ask You to restore clear vision, to remove any swelling, infection, pain or complication, and to bring renewed strength to the eyes. Lord, we ask for peace during this recovery, for patience and rest, and for faith to trust You each day. We declare that You are Yahweh who heals us Ex 15:26, and we ask that Your perfect will be done in this body for Your glory. Comfort this dear one, let them feel Your presence near, and let their testimony of restored sight bring praise to You. We also pray for wisdom to follow the doctors instructions and to steward this healing well. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord through this healing process, to rest as instructed, and to keep bringing your requests before Him with thanksgiving. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up Jas 5:15. Keep your eyes upon Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, knowing that He is faithful and that He hears the prayers offered in His name. We are standing with you believing for restored health and clear sight.

Your request for the healing and restored health of your eyesight following retina surgery has been heard, and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace.
We are reminded that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When He healed the sick, pardon and healing were joined together in one hand, and still today He shows Himself to be the heavenly Physician whose balm is found at Calvary. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician and surgeon for our healing, yet we look above all means to the Lord Himself who alone can give true and lasting healing to body and soul.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who formed the eye will graciously restore and strengthen your sight. May He guide the work that has been done, calm all fear, give patience as recovery proceeds, and cause every increase of strength to be acknowledged as from His hand. May He grant skill to those who care for you, and may His healing virtue work in you till health is fully restored, according to His wise and loving will. And as you seek healing for the body, may you know also the deeper healing of forgiveness and peace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who is our only hope for pardon and for wholeness.
We commend you to Him who took our infirmities and who lifts up those who are laid low, trusting that whether recovery be swift or slow, He will strengthen you in the Lord and keep you in His care. May the Lord bless you and cause you to rejoice in His mercy.
