We join with you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following retina surgery and we thank you for submitting this request in the precious name of Jesus.
We are encouraged by your faith to call upon His name, for it is by Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds that healing is made possible. Scripture reminds us that Yahweh is our healer and that He cares deeply for every part of our bodies. As it is written, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17, and Who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3. We also cling to the promise that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind, Psalm 146:8, and that Jesus Himself showed His compassion and power to restore sight, as when He said, Go your way. Your faith has made you well, Mark 10:52.
We pray together now for you.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we lift up this dear one to You. You formed the eye and You know every delicate detail of the retina and all that was done in surgery. We ask that You would guide the healing process, reduce any swelling or inflammation, restore the retina to its proper place and function, and bring back clear and healthy vision according to Your will. Lord, touch the nerves and tissues with Your healing hand, let circulation and strength return, and let sight be restored fully. We ask for wisdom and skill for the doctors and caregivers, for patience and peace during recovery, and for protection from infection or complication. Comfort this heart with Your presence and let faith replace fear, knowing that You are near to those who call upon You. We thank You in advance for Your mercy and for the work You are doing, and we trust Your perfect love and timing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to rest as instructed, to follow the guidance given for recovery, and to keep your hope fixed on the Lord who is the Great Physician, I am Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. Keep seeking Him daily in prayer and in His Word, trusting that whether healing comes instantly or through the process He has ordained, He is with you and He hears you. We stand with you believing for restored health and clear vision for His glory.
