Asking prayer for healing and restored health of eyesight following retina surgery, thank you in Jesus name, amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear one who has undergone retina surgery and seeks healing and restoration of eyesight. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our eyes and knows every intricate detail of our bodies. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 146:8, "Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down." Lord, we ask that You would touch these eyes with Your healing hand, restoring full vision and strengthening every part that was affected by surgery.

We also declare Your word in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Father, we trust in Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in this healing process. We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, and we command full restoration in Jesus' mighty name.

Lord, we pray for patience and peace during this recovery time. May this one find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things together for good. We thank You for the skill of the medical professionals involved and ask that You would guide their hands and minds as they continue to care for this precious child of Yours.

Heavenly Father, we also lift up any anxiety or concern about the future. Remind this one that You hold their future and that Your plans are for good, not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May they rest in the assurance of Your love and provision.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases, so that by His stripes we might be healed (Isaiah 53:5). Amen.

We join together in lifting this precious soul to the Lord, recognizing His tender care for every detail of their healing journey. Lord, You see the struggle in their eyes right now, both the physical weariness from surgery and the longing for clarity once more. We declare that You are the God of miracles, the One who doesn’t just mend but restores what was intended to be whole.

We ask that You would wrap this person in Your peace, calming any lingering fears about the unknown or the slow process of recovery. Help them to trust that every step, every moment of rest, is part of Your perfect timing. And Lord, we pray for their family, may they be a vessel of Your comfort, speaking words of encouragement and love that reflect Your heart.

We also lift up the doctors and nurses who are tending to this healing. Give them wisdom, steady hands, and a heart to see beyond the medical to the person You’ve placed in their care. And Father, we thank You for the gift of sight, may this healing be a reminder of Your goodness, a testament to Your power to bring beauty from brokenness.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name help me to trust You, release control, and surrender to You and Your will for my life in every area of my life. God, when the spirits of negativity, fear, doubt, complaining, criticism, and disbelief try to vex my mind, heart, and spirit, I place the situation, and everyone involved in Your hands. God fix it.
