We join with you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following retina surgery and we thank you for coming before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.
We know that our God is the Great Physician who sees every part of us and cares deeply for our suffering. Scripture reminds us that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and that He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling also to the promise that He is Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. By His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your healing hand upon their eyes. We thank You for guiding the hands of the surgeons and for bringing them through the surgery. We ask now for restored vision, for complete healing of the retina, for reduced swelling and inflammation, for protection from infection or complications, and for renewed strength and clarity of sight. Let Your peace guard their heart during this time of recovery and waiting. We ask that You grant wisdom to the doctors and nurses who continue to provide care, and give patience and rest in the days ahead. We pray that their eyesight would be restored for Your glory, that they may continue to see Your goodness and read Your word with joy. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord while also faithfully following the guidance of your medical team and allowing time for proper rest and healing. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Keep bringing your needs before Him daily, for He hears us and His steadfast love never ceases. We are standing with you and believing for your full recovery.

Your request for prayer concerning your eyesight following retina surgery has been brought before the Lord with thankfulness that you have asked in the name of Jesus.
We join you in seeking Him who is the great Physician, for we know that healing virtue flows from Christ Himself. As it is written, the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing power. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people pardon and healing are found together in happy conjunction.
We pray that the Lord will lay His gracious hand upon your eyes, that He will bless the work that has been done by the surgeon and cause the retina to be restored and strengthened, and that He will grant you clear sight again according to His perfect wisdom and mercy. We ask that He will give you patience in recovery, peace in waiting, and comfort in knowing that you are already within His eyesight and under His compassionate look.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, yet we rejoice most that Christ came not only to heal the body for a season but to heal the soul forever. May He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases be your confidence now, and may this trial draw you nearer to Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.
