We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is seeking healing and restoration of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13-14). We know that nothing is too difficult for You, and we ask that You would touch these eyes with Your healing hand. Restore what has been damaged, Lord, and bring clarity and strength where there is weakness.
We declare Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17: *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We stand on this truth, believing that You are working even now to bring about complete healing. We also pray for peace and patience during this time of recovery, trusting that Your timing is perfect.
Lord, we ask that You would guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals involved in this care. Give them wisdom and discernment as they continue to monitor and treat this condition. May Your healing power flow through every step of this journey.
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be trying to take root in this heart. We speak peace over this situation, knowing that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this one will walk in faith, not by sight, trusting in You alone.
Father, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is in His name that we pray for healing. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your will.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
