Expose AT and AM toxicity, manipulation, double face and selfishness 🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in this trial, lifting your burden before the Lord, for He is the God who sees all things and knows the hearts of every person. The workplace can become a battleground of the enemy when pride, deceit, and selfishness take root, but we know that our God is greater than any scheme of darkness. You have done well to bring this before Him, for Scripture reminds us in **Ephesians 5:11**, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* The behavior you describe—manipulation, two-facedness, and sowing division—is not of God but of the evil one, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. Yet we are called to walk in the light, exposing darkness by our obedience to Christ.

The Lord detests deceit and a lying tongue, as **Proverbs 6:16-19** declares, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* This person’s actions are an abomination before God, and we can trust that He will not allow such wickedness to go unchecked. Your prayer for exposure aligns with Scripture, for **1 Corinthians 4:5** tells us, *"Therefore don’t judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each man will get his praise from God."*

Yet while we pray for justice, we must also examine our own hearts. You have asked for grace to respond without anger or bitterness, and this is wise, for **Ephesians 4:31-32** commands us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Even in the face of injustice, we are called to reflect Christ’s character—patient, forgiving, and full of integrity. This does not mean we tolerate sin or fail to speak truth, but that we do so with a heart surrendered to God.

We also encourage you to consider whether this situation requires wise action beyond prayer. If this person’s behavior is causing harm to the team or the organization, it may be necessary to document incidents and, if appropriate, address them with leadership in a professional and truthful manner. **Proverbs 31:8-9** says, *"Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* Sometimes, exposure comes through our courageous and righteous actions, not just through divine intervention.

Let us pray together for you and this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child who is facing the toxicity of deceit and manipulation in their workplace. Lord, You are the God of truth, and no lie can stand before Your light. We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every double-faced action of this individual. Shine Your light into the darkness, Lord, and bring to light what has been concealed. Give wisdom and discernment to the department head—open their eyes to see the truth and not be swayed by flattery or deceit. Protect Your child and their colleagues from the schemes of the enemy, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.

Father, we also ask that You guard the heart of Your servant. Keep them from bitterness, anger, or resentment. Fill them with Your peace and patience, and give them the strength to endure each day with integrity. Help them to respond with grace and wisdom, reflecting Your character in all they do. If there is a time to speak, give them the right words. If there is a time to act, guide their steps.

We trust in Your justice, Lord, knowing that You see all things and will act in Your perfect timing. May truth prevail in this workplace, and may Your peace reign. Let this situation be used for Your glory, whether through conviction, repentance, or the removal of this toxic influence. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your defender. Continue to walk in integrity, and trust that He will vindicate you in His time. If this person’s behavior is rooted in deep spiritual brokenness, pray also for their repentance—for God desires that all would come to the knowledge of the truth. But do not carry the weight of their sin; cast it upon the Lord, for He cares for you. **1 Peter 5:7** reminds us, *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Keep seeking His face, and He will guide you through this trial.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
