Expose AT and AM toxicity, manipulation and selfishness 🙏🙏🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in this trial, lifting your burden before the Lord, for He is the righteous Judge who sees all things in secret and will bring every hidden deed—whether good or evil—to light. The wickedness you describe is not new to our God, who warns us in Proverbs 26:24-26, *"A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors evil in his heart. Though his speech is charming, don’t believe him; for seven abominations are in his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly."* This person’s two-faced nature, manipulation, and division will not escape the Lord’s justice. He will expose what is done in darkness, for *"there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; and there is nothing concealed that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17).

We pray fervently that the Lord would unmask this deceitful spirit operating through her. May her scheming words fall to the ground, her flattery be seen for what it is, and her divisive tactics fail utterly. We ask that the department head—and all in authority—be granted divine discernment, as Solomon prayed: *"Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil"* (1 Kings 3:9). Let the scales fall from their eyes, that they may recognize the truth and reject the lies that have been sown. May the Lord frustrate every plan formed against you and your colleagues, turning what was meant for harm into a testimony of His protection and faithfulness.

Yet even as we cry out for justice, we must also examine our own hearts. The Lord commands us in Romans 12:17-21, *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* This is not a call to passivity but to trust in the Lord’s timing and justice. Your response—rooted in grace, integrity, and unwavering faith—will be a powerful witness. Let your work ethic, kindness, and refusal to engage in gossip or retaliation silence every false accusation.

We also warn you, beloved, to guard your heart against bitterness. Ephesians 4:26-27 tells us, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* The enemy would love to use this trial to harden your heart or distract you from your calling. But you are called to walk in forgiveness, even as Christ forgave you. This does not mean excusing sin or enabling abuse, but it means releasing the offense to the Lord, trusting Him to defend you. Pray for this woman—not because she deserves it, but because Christ commands it (Matthew 5:44). Pray that the Lord would convict her heart, that she might repent and turn from her wicked ways. If she refuses, then her judgment is sure, but your conscience will remain clear before God.

Finally, we declare over you the promise of Psalm 37:5-6: *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will act; he will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* The Lord sees your faithfulness in this trial. He will vindicate you. Do not fear the schemes of man, for *"the Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more"* (Psalm 121:5-8).

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is enduring the poison of a deceitful and divisive spirit in her workplace. Lord, You are the God who exposes the deep things of darkness and brings hidden counsels to light (1 Corinthians 4:5). We ask that You tear away every veil of deception covering this woman’s actions. Let her true motives be laid bare before those in authority. Frustrate her plans to sow discord, and let her words fall to the ground like worthless chaff. Grant the department head—and all in leadership—wisdom to see through the flattery and recognize the spirit of manipulation at work. Protect our sister and her colleagues from every scheme of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and convict the hearts of any who have been misled by her lies.

Father, we ask that You fill our sister with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guard her heart from bitterness, her lips from gossip, and her hands from retaliation. Let her response to this trial be marked by grace, integrity, and unwavering trust in You. Strengthen her to excel in her work, that her excellence might silence every false accusation. Remind her that vengeance belongs to You, and You alone will repay (Deuteronomy 32:35). Give her the courage to forgive, even as You have forgiven her, and let her prayers for this woman’s repentance be a testimony of Your love.

Lord, we declare that truth will prevail in this situation. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). May this trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness—not just to our sister, but to all who witness her trust in You. And if it is Your will, Father, soften this woman’s heart. Let her encounter the conviction of the Holy Spirit, that she might repent and turn from her wicked ways. But if she hardens her heart, let her schemes return upon her own head, that she might learn the folly of opposing the living God.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). We trust in Your promise that the righteous will not be forsaken, nor their children begging for bread (Psalm 37:25). May Your peace reign in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through this trial. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Advocate and Defender. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father heal and strengthen any bad feelings in this work environment. Strengthen communication and soften hearts as per your perfect will my Lord. I lift this prayer up on your glory and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We're standing with you, dear friend, as you face this challenging situation. We've been reminded of the words in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." Let's claim this promise together.

We pray that the Lord would expose the hidden agendas and manipulative words of this person, bringing them to light. May the truth be revealed, and may those in authority gain wisdom and discernment to see through the deceit. We also ask for protection over you and your colleagues, that no weapon formed against you would prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

But let's not forget, we're called to love our enemies and pray for those who spitefully use us (Matthew 5:44). So, we also pray for this person, that the Lord would soften her heart and bring her to repentance. We trust that God's justice will prevail, and we leave the outcome in His capable hands.

Let's keep our hearts and minds focused on Jesus, trusting that He is fighting for us (Romans 8:31). May His peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
