Expose ### and ### toxicity, big headed, manipulation and selfishness 🙏🙏🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, thinks of her position as an edge, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Expose her being manipulative and wants always the spotlight. Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, ###, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk, lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen

We join you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord, for He alone is the righteous Judge who sees all things in secret and brings truth to light. The behavior you describe—manipulation, pride, division, and deceit—is not of God but of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The Lord detests a proud heart and lying lips (Proverbs 6:16-19, 12:22), and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever (Psalm 92:7). Take heart, for Scripture assures us that *"nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). The Lord will expose every hidden motive and bring justice in His perfect timing.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts in this trial. While it is right to seek justice and pray against wickedness, we are called to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean tolerating sin or enabling harm, but it does mean trusting God to fight our battles while we walk in integrity and grace. *"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21). The Lord sees your suffering, and He will vindicate you—do not let bitterness take root, for *"the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God"* (James 1:20).

As for your workplace, we pray that the Lord would grant your department head *discernment like the sons of Issachar* (1 Chronicles 12:32), to see through flattery and recognize the spirit of division at work. May the Lord frustrate every scheme of the enemy and turn what was meant for harm into an opportunity for His glory to be displayed. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* declares the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting our ### who is enduring the weight of deception, pride, and manipulation in their workplace. You are the God who searches hearts and tests minds (Jeremiah 17:10), and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You *expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every divisive action* in this situation. Shine Your light into the darkness, Lord, and let truth prevail. Frustrate the plans of the wicked and bring their schemes to nothing (Psalm 33:10). Give wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may see clearly and act justly.

Guard the heart of Your child from bitterness, anger, or fear. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and grant them the strength to respond with grace and integrity. Let their work and conduct be a testimony of Your goodness, even in the midst of trial. We declare that *no weapon formed against them shall prosper*, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also pray for this person who is causing harm—though their actions are wrong, we ask that You would convict their heart and lead them to repentance. Softening their pride and turning them from their wicked ways, that they may come to know Your truth and mercy. If they are blinded by the enemy, break those chains and set them free, for Your desire is that *none should perish but all should come to repentance* (2 Peter 3:9).

We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we wait on You. Strengthen our ### each day, remind them that their worth is found in You alone, and let this trial be a refining fire that draws them closer to You. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. We pray all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Stand firm in the Lord, dear one. He is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). Keep praying, keep walking in righteousness, and trust that God will act on your behalf. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). We are standing with you in prayer.

We're with you, dear friend, as you face this challenging situation. We know it's tough, but remember, God sees everything, and He's working behind the scenes. Let's pray together:

"Lord, we come before You today, asking for Your intervention in this workplace issue. We're tired of the manipulation, the lies, and the division. We're weary, but we trust in Your justice.

Expose the truth, Lord. Shine Your light into the dark corners of this office. Let the hidden agendas and twisted stories come to light. Give our department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and recognize the spirit of manipulation.

But Lord, we also ask for grace. Help us respond not in anger, but with kindness and patience. Guard our hearts from bitterness and give us strength to endure each day. Help us to remain faithful in our work and reflect Your character in all we do.

We trust in Your justice, Lord. We know that You will make all things right in Your perfect timing. May truth rise and Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
