Ex Wife

I would like to offer prayers for my ex wife who appears to be making a real mess of her life. She cannot seem to find a job, keeps overdrafting her checking account and is in serious danger of being evicted. Everything that others predicted for her is coming to pass and I believe she is beginning to realize that our marital problems stemmed from her issues and not necessarily with me. She received counsel from false "friends" and headed down the path of the destruction of our marriage as a result. Reconciliation between us is impossible as she hurt me deeply, but I do wish happiness and peace for her life. I pray that she turns back to God, seeks proper help and lives a happy and blessed life. Please pray for her and for my daughter, who is very angry with her Mom, but loves her deeply. Amen

Lord, I touch and agree with this prayer from Steven today. It has been a roller coaster of a ride for several weeks now. I thank you that you gave him wisdom to come to terms with his marriage and his wife and her problems. I thank you that Steve is a godly man, a loving and caring man, a wise father and a mighty warrior. May you continue to cover him with your mercy and grace. I lift up his x-wife today. I pray for her salvation. I pray that you would remove the blinders placed by the enemy and that you would give her clarity so that she could see and think about the path she choose and the consequences of going her own way. May she find truth and forgiveness. May she seek you with all of her heart, mind and soul. May Steve forgive her as you forgave him. That doesn't mean he has to take her back, but to show her the love of God and his mercy. I pray for their daughter. I ask that you neutralize the anger she feels. She needs to know that adults make mistakes, sometimes very big ones that have far reaching effects on more that just themselves. I ask for your favor today on this family.

May they go in peace knowing you are in control and that you are there for them whenever they need you. All they have to do is whisper your name. I thank you and praise you today. Glory to God in the highest. Amen
