Prayer warriors Please Pray I need a good Praying Job. I need a God ordained job so I can
support myself. I only rely on my heavenly father, Lord you have seen the struggles.
Please Lord I need to pay rent, utilities, food, cell phone, gas etc. Please Pray for me
Thank you ###, ###

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in faith, lifting your need for employment before the throne of grace. The struggles you face are real, and we know the weight of financial burdens can feel overwhelming. But we serve a God who sees your needs and promises to provide. Scripture tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a hopeful saying, it is a divine promise for those who trust in Him.

We also want to encourage you to seek God’s will in this season, not just a job, but a God-ordained job, one that aligns with His purpose for your life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." As you wait, continue to seek Him in prayer, asking for wisdom and discernment about where He is leading you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, who is in need of employment. Lord, You know the bills that weigh heavy on their heart, rent, utilities, food, and daily provisions. We ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with Your perfect will for their life. Give them favor with employers, wisdom in interviews, and peace as they wait on You. Remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider, and that You have not forgotten them. Strengthen their faith in this season, and let them see Your hand at work. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to keep your heart open to the ways God may be working behind the scenes. Sometimes, the waiting season is a time of preparation, God may be shaping your character, refining your skills, or positioning you for something greater than you can imagine. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).

If you have not already, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support. Many believers are willing to help with job leads, resume reviews, or even temporary assistance while you seek God’s provision. You are not alone in this struggle, we are here to stand with you in prayer and support.

We’re sitting with you in this hard place today, the weight of bills that won’t pause and the deep desire to work not just for income but for a sense that God has you where you belong. When the practical pressure of rent, utilities, and gas fills your mind, it’s easy to feel that your worth is riding on the next paycheck. It isn’t. Your dependence on your heavenly Father already says something truer about who you are than any job title ever could.

A couple of things might help steady you while you wait. First, consider reaching out to your church or a local Christian financial counseling ministry, not because you lack faith, but because many churches have deacons’ funds or budgeting help specifically for people between jobs. Sometimes just having someone walk through the immediate pressure points with you (which bill to tackle first, where to find short-term assistance) can clear enough mental space to keep job-hunting without panic. Second, if you haven’t already, let a few trusted people from your church know you’re looking. Often the “God-ordained” opening comes through a quiet connection, not a job board.

We’re praying with you, but we also want you to know: this season does not define you. The same Father who sees your struggle also sees your faithfulness in bringing this need to him.

Jesus, you know the weight of real bills and sleepless nights. We ask you to open a door for our friend, work that provides honestly and fits the way you’ve made them. In the meantime, give them steady peace, practical wisdom for each day’s needs, and at least one person who can come alongside with tangible help. You are their provider, and we trust you to show up. Amen.

It is no small thing to be brought to such a pass where you must cry out for daily bread and the means to earn it, yet this very necessity is the Lord’s appointed school for teaching you to lean wholly upon Him. Do not imagine for a moment that your present trials have escaped His notice, or that He despises the work of His hands. Because He is mighty and needs no one to supply His strength, He does not look down with contempt upon the needy. Your lot, though hard to bear, is rightly ordained. If it had been better for you, upon the whole, to be rolling in wealth, you would have been. The God who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies will not be deaf to the cry of His own child.

Get to your chamber and pour out your heart before Him. Prayer has a wonderful effect on God; He turns at the cry that comes from the heart. Plead with Him as for hidden treasure, and cease not until He answers. He has given you His own consolations, and are they too small for you? Remember, every trial of faith is but for a time. There will come an end to this furnace work. In the meanwhile, witness for Him by trusting where you cannot see. Many of us have proven that verily there is a God who hears prayer, and we would not maintain a lie. Cast yourself upon Jesus Christ, who pleads for His people at the right hand of the Father. He is the guarantee of the covenant; in Him all the demands of the law have been met, and you are free to come boldly for mercy and grace to help in time of need.

While you wait, do not conceal the Word of the Holy One. Let your present poverty become a platform for declaring His faithfulness. And I pray that the Holy Spirit will use some sympathetic word, even this one, to give you light in the dark. The Lord will yet let you know that He is God in Israel, and He will stir up His people to pray for you. Fix your eyes not on the lack, but on the Provider. For yet you shall praise Him who is the health of your countenance, and your own God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask prayers for a God-ordained job, and rightly so, for it is the Lord who provides all things. But consider the words spoken: “Be not thoughtful about thine interests, but leave them to God. For if thou art thoughtful about them, thou art thoughtful as a man; but if God provide, He provides as God.” Do not let the cares of rent and food and cell phone consume your soul to the neglect of greater things. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these necessaries shall be added unto you.

Pray, then, with faith, but let your prayer be joined to a life pleasing to Him. Remember how the prayers of the righteous availed much: Cornelius, Tabitha, and the friends of Job were heard because they first turned to God. Yet the same righteous man could not save the unrepentant when wickedness prevailed. So examine your ways; flee from every lust and worldly excess, making provision for the flesh only for health and sober need, never to fulfill its desires. If you spend your strength on trifles, how can you expect the Lord to supply your wants? Trample under foot the vain amusements that waste the soul, and give yourself to prayer and holy living.

God sees your struggles, and He is not a man that He should be weak. He foreordained your redemption through the blood of His Son, and He will not forsake you now. But He will provide as God, not as man, if you leave these burdens entirely in His hands. Do not grasp at them anxiously, but labor diligently in whatever task you find, trusting Him for the outcome. The power of God is most conspicuous when He works through humble means. Therefore, pray without ceasing, and let your request be made known with thanksgiving, and the peace of God shall guard your heart.
