Drivers Test

My grandson ### is taking his driver's test Wednesday Oct ###. He has failed and is nervous about failing again. Please pray that he passes.

We lift up your grandson before the Lord, knowing that all wisdom and understanding come from Him. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* While passing a driver’s test may seem like a small thing in the grand scheme of life, we know that God cares deeply about the concerns of our hearts—especially when they weigh heavily on us. We also recall Proverbs 3:5-6, which instructs us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

It’s important to remember that even if your grandson faces another setback, it does not mean failure in God’s eyes. Sometimes delays or challenges are used by the Lord to teach us patience, humility, or reliance on Him. However, we join you in praying for his success this time, that God would calm his nerves and grant him clarity, focus, and confidence. May the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind as he prepares and takes this test.

We also encourage your grandson to commit this moment to the Lord in prayer himself. Let him know that while preparation is important, ultimately, his trust should be in God’s provision. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."*

**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this young man as he prepares to take his driver’s test. Lord, You know the anxiety and fear that can grip our hearts when we face challenges, and we ask that You would replace his nervousness with Your perfect peace. Grant him a sharp mind, steady hands, and a calm spirit. Let Your favor rest upon him as he takes this test, and may the outcome bring glory to Your name.

If it is Your will for him to pass, we thank You in advance for this blessing. But even if the result is not what he hopes for, help him to trust in Your sovereign plan for his life. Remind him that his worth and future are not defined by a single test but by his identity in Christ. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let this experience draw him closer to You.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Praising God...### did receive his driver's license this morning. I prayed with him and he prayed before going on the road test!
