Do Not Be Deceived

Matthew 7:15 states: “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

In this day and time, there are many false prophets and wolves in sheep’s clothing in the church and behind the pulpit that come to prey upon God’s sheep. That is why the spiritual gift of discernment may be one of the most important of the gifts of the Spirit that there is.

I have asked God to honor this prayer over your life.

Let Us All Pray: God I ask You in Jesus' name, bless me with a keen gift of discernment (discerning of spirits). Let me always be able to discern between good and evil, truth from error, truth from lies, and realness from fake or phony. God bless me to hear Your still voice over the cries of those who come to use me, steal from me, manipulate, intimidate, or deceive me out of anything You have blessed me with or will bless me with (my time, money, resources, assets, natural and or spiritual gifts, etc.). God bless me to be a blessing only to those whom you want me to be a blessing to. Don't let me give or minister to anyone you don't want me to give or minister to. God don't let me waste my time, anointing, or be deceived. Do not let me give that which is Holy unto the dogs.

Father bless all Your children to know and understand that You are our source. You will supply all our needs according to Your riches and glory by Christ Jesus. God let us all come to You in prayer asking You God for what we each stand in need of. Let us all remember, faith without works is dead. God thank you that You will supply all Your Children’s needs. Thank You Jesus. God all that I have asked You to do in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer and all those I love and care about. Amen.

1 Corinthians 12:8-10 (NKJV): for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.

This verse is about taking the sheep to a different faith. Leading them to believe things contrary to the Father's word. Not anything else. A false prophet is one who does prophecy: A false christ is one who says he or she is christ. And a false minister of the WORD changes what is written, and takes the lambs away from the truth.

Why do you worry so much about perhaps giving $5 to a man who might not need it??? Yes, God is the source who meets all our needs, by using His People to feed the poor, care for the homeless. He does not rain down manna from heaven in these days, He tells His People to take care of "the least of these my brethren". If you have done it unto them, you have done it UNTO GOD HIMSELF. Why do you worry that someone may steal from you, it would just be "things". You cannot deny or change God's Commands to us in Matthew in any way that is true. Do you think your degrees make you wiser? They don't. I also have advanced degrees and yet I still recognize the simplicity of God's command to feed the hungry, take care of the homeless. And that God Himself tells His People to follow this simple command.

Yes, false prophets and false teachers are coming to our door all the time. The Mormons, the Jehovahs Witness and others always ready to tell us half truths and false ideas like... no trasfutions on us because it is sin. There is no Holy Spirit at all. It was only a cloud that came and now it is gone forever. Do not join the military because it is a sin against God. So many false teachings going around. Let us all fast and pray for them. May Jesus save their souls.

I am a Christian that Loves God With My Life. God Is My Life. I give when God tells me to give, and who God tells me to give to openly and secretly. God does not have to Dare me to give to anyone.

Spiritual Gift of Discernment

The spiritual gift of discernment is also known as the gift of “discernment of spirits” or “distinguishing between spirits.” The Greek word for the gift of discernment is Diakrisis. The word describes being able to distinguish, discern, judge or appraise a person, statement, situation, or environment. In the New Testament it describes the ability to distinguish between spirits as in 1 Corinthians 12:10, and to discern good and evil as in Hebrews 5:14.

The Holy Spirit gives the gift of discernment to enable certain Christians to clearly recognize and distinguish between the influence of God, Satan, the world, and the flesh in a given situation. The church needs those with this gift to warn believers in times of danger or keep them from being led astray by false teaching. See also I Corinthians 12:10, Acts 5:3-6; 16:16-18; 1 John 4:1.
