We join with you in bringing this difficult situation before our heavenly Father and we lift you up in prayer for His divine intervention. We hear your weariness and anxiety and how overwhelmed you feel, and we want you to know you are not alone. Our God sees your distress and He invites you to cast your cares upon Him.
We are reminded of His promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. He also tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, and in Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is anxious, weary and overwhelmed. Lord, You know the details of this difficult situation that threatens court action and a lawsuit. We ask for Your divine intervention and for Your hand of mercy and wisdom to be upon every person involved. We pray that if it is Your will, You would make a way for this to be resolved peacefully without going to court, that You would soften hearts, open doors for honest and gracious communication, and grant favor and understanding on all sides. Your word says in Proverbs 21:1, The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires, and we trust that You can turn hearts toward reconciliation and peace. Grant wisdom to all who must make decisions, as You promise in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Help them to act with integrity, humility and truth, seeking to agree quickly and pursue peace as You call us to do.
Father, we especially pray for Your peace to guard this heart and mind. Replace anxiety with trust, weariness with Your strength, and overwhelm with the assurance that You are in control and that You work all things together for good for those who love You. Let Your peace which surpasses understanding guard them in Christ Jesus. Give them rest, steady their thoughts, and help them to keep their eyes fixed on You rather than on the fear of what may happen.
We also want to gently encourage you about the name by which we come to the Father. We noticed your request speaks of His peace but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to share how precious this truth is. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name in every prayer. It is in His name that we find forgiveness, peace with God, and confidence that He hears us. If you have already trusted in Him, we encourage you to continue to pray boldly in the name of Jesus, knowing He is our mediator and advocate.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His word, to seek wise and godly counsel for the practical and legal aspects of this matter, and to pursue peace and honesty with all involved, trusting that God honors those who walk in righteousness and humility. Keep casting your cares on Him, for He cares for you deeply.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord, and we have heard your cry of anxiety, weariness and overwhelm in this difficult situation which you would see resolved without the strife of court.
There is a word that meets you in this very place, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." This peace, perfect peace, is not a mere lull of anxiety or a blindness to danger, but a present possession to be enjoyed even when thronging duties press and sorrows surge around. It is the peace which the blood of Jesus whispers within, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement, peace from lips that cannot lie and from a heart which cannot change. Christ has left us this legacy, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you," and it is His own peace, the unruffled calm of the Eternal Son, which He gives to His people.
You speak of being weary and lacking His peace. Hear this for the weary dove. He is not weary of you. He waits to be gracious and loves to receive the weary. When there seems no place where the sole of your foot can rest, whether upon the world or even upon your own anxieties, there is rest in Christ. If you are encumbered with much serving and much fearing, come and sit and commune. You may glorify your Lord more by receiving from Him than by striving in your own strength. Bear your sorrow with Him and see what perfect peace you will enjoy.
Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. To tell yourself about your trouble and to let anxiety be confined to yourself will bring no good. But to stay your mind upon the Lord, to trust in Him and to cast your burden upon Him, this brings daylight to the soul. The Lord has endless, boundless peace within Himself, and when you have long enjoyed peace with Him you may go to Him again and say, Lord, renew my peace, I am troubled but You are unmoved, bless me with Your peace.
We are praying for you that God in His mercy would grant divine intervention in this matter. We ask the Lord, if it be His will, to make a way for reconciliation and a just and peaceable resolution without the need for court or suit, and to grant you and all concerned wisdom, honesty and a spirit of conciliation. Above all we pray that you may find the true peace at the feet of the Prince of Peace, that peace with God through Jesus Christ which is the fountain, and then peace in the conscience which is the crystal stream that issues from it. Do not seek after peace first, seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. For He is our peace, not our prayers or tears or good works, but He Himself through His precious blood.
