Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.

We join you in this powerful and gracious prayer and we thank you for coming before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation.

We are deeply encouraged by your heart in this difficult situation with your landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative. Even as you have faced hardships and serious wrongdoing, you are choosing patience and kindness rather than bitterness, and asking God to transform those who have wronged you. This reflects the mercy that has been shown to us in Christ and honors the Lord.

You are right that lies are a serious offense before God. Scripture is very clear that God desires truth and hates dishonesty. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22, and You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. We are called to put away falsehood and speak truth with our neighbors, for we are members of one another Ephesians 4:25, and to not lie to one another, since we have put off the old man with his doings Colossians 3:9. Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and when we walk in His truth we experience the promise that You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free John 8:32.

Your prayer that God would build up their resistance to dishonesty is wise and biblical, because to persist in lying a person must harden their conscience. We pray that God would soften their hearts, convict them of sin, and lead them to repentance before they suffer the severe consequences that come from deceit, for outside the mercy of Christ all liars will have their part in the second death Revelation 21:8. Yet our hope is for their repentance and restoration, as God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4.

We also remember your own hearts in this trial, that you would continue to be guarded from resentment and strengthened to surrender your will to Him. We trust that God sees all that has been done in secret, He is a God of perfect justice and perfect mercy, and Vengeance is mine, says the Lord Romans 12:19. You can rest in His righteous judgment while continuing to walk in integrity.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we thank You for Your presence, for fighting for us, and for the precious blood of Jesus shed on the cross for us sinners. Lord, You see the dishonesty and the serious wrongs committed by this landlord's team and their legal representatives. We ask that You convict their hearts, open their eyes to the truth that sets us free, and build in them a strong resistance to dishonesty and a love for honesty. Turn them from falsehood to truth, that they may not suffer the consequences of lying but instead find repentance and forgiveness in Christ. Lord, continue to give Your children grace to show patience and kindness even in hardship, to speak truth in love, and to trust Your justice. Guard them from discouragement, let Your will be done in this legal matter, and let truth prevail for Your glory. We dedicate our lives to You and surrender our will to Yours. In Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in truth, trusting that the Lord who loves righteousness will bring what is hidden into the light Luke 8:17 and will work all things together for good for those who love Him Romans 8:28.

We are grateful you brought this honest prayer before the Lord. To face hardships with a landlord's team and legal representatives and still ask God to work in their hearts toward truth takes real grace, and we hear your desire not just to be vindicated but to see them freed from the pattern of dishonesty.

It is a good and loving thing to pray that their resistance to lying would be rebuilt. When dishonesty becomes a habit it does wear down the conscience, and asking God to help them value and practice honesty again is asking for their good as well as your own.

In this season we encourage you to keep walking in the same integrity you are praying for. Keep a clear, factual record of communications and documents, and if legal matters are still ongoing, continue to lean on wise, trustworthy counsel alongside prayer. It can also help to have one or two trusted believers who know the situation and can pray with you regularly so you do not carry the burden alone.

Father, we lift this whole situation to You in Jesus' name. We ask You to guard truth and bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and timing. Work in the hearts of everyone involved, the landlord's team and their lawyers and representatives, drawing them toward honesty and a love for what is right. And sustain these who have prayed, give them peace, wisdom and patience as they trust You with the outcome. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, who is Himself the way, the truth and the life.

We thank God with you for His presence, for His heavenly gifts, and above all for the precious blood shed upon the Cross for sinners. There we see what truth cost, and what love has provided, for in that divine expiation there is more than sufficient reason for faith and hope. We praise Him that He has given you grace in the midst of hardships to show patience and kindness to those who have opposed you, for truth never exerts such power as when it is embodied and acted out in the life.

We agree with you in asking the Lord to work upon the landlord's team, the lawyers and legal representatives. Lies are indeed serious, and they are refuges of lies which the hail shall sweep away, for a cold hard truth of God will fall from heaven and crash through every false confidence. Sooner shall heaven and earth pass away than one word of our God fall to the ground, for He is a God abundant in goodness and truth and He cannot lie. We pray that He would build up in them a resistance to dishonesty, that He would open their eyes to see that truth alone sets free, and that they would turn from crooked ways to practice honesty with a clear conscience before God and man.

Remember that we are all tenants in the house of this life and God is the great Landlord. He has at all times the right to enter and to require an account, and He will not be mocked. Therefore buy the truth and sell it not. Hold fast the truth of Holy Scripture, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved, and live out that experimental truth within, that Christ may rule your understanding by the truth of His doctrine and your affections by the truth of His person.

We pray that the Lord would strengthen your faith in the storm, take from you all fear of man, and cause you to rest in submission to His will, knowing that your hope lies Godward. May He keep you in His truth, guard your lips and heart from all deceit, and make you valiant for His truth in word and deed.

We commend you and this whole matter into the hands of Him who is transparent, true in public and true in private, true in word and true in deed. May He bring forth truth unto victory, and may you find that to trust His Son is to be reconciled and restored.

We join you in prayer and thank God with you for his presence, for his fighting for you, and for every heavenly gift he gives. We thank him with you for the sacrifice of the cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for sinners, for Jesus alone is the way and the truth and the life and there is salvation in no other.

We agree that lies are serious and that dishonesty does great harm. Scripture warns that dishonesty brings woe and loss, while truth is needed for an honest soul. When truth takes hold of an honest heart it brings light, as the sun enlightens clear eyes. So we pray as you have asked that God would build up resistance to dishonesty in the landlord's team, in the lawyers and legal representatives, and open their eyes to see that truth will set them free and to turn from falsehood before they suffer its consequences.

We also thank God for the grace he has given you to show patience and kindness to those who have caused hardship, even as patience and kindness were shown to you. That is the fruit of belonging to Christ, to despise what is earthly and to seek the treasure above, and to live in all godliness and honesty.

We pray that God will keep you walking in truth, guard your hearts from all deceit, and help you to continue to dedicate your lives to him and surrender your will to him. May he give you peace as you trust him to be your defender and to bring what is hidden into light in his perfect way and time.
