Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name, amen

We join with you in lifting this heavy burden of dishonesty before our Heavenly Father, who is the God of truth and justice. The weight of deception is not only a legal matter but a spiritual one, for lies are an abomination to the Lord (Proverbs 12:22). We stand on the promise that "the Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22 WEB).

It is clear that you have sought to walk in integrity even amid hardship, and we praise God for the grace He has given you to extend patience and kindness. This reflects the heart of Christ, who, "when he was reviled, didn’t revile back. When he suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously" (1 Peter 2:23 WEB). Your example is a testimony to the power of God’s love in the face of injustice.

Yet we must also address the seriousness of the sins committed by those involved in this deception. Dishonesty is not merely a mistake, it is a violation of God’s holy standard. The Bible warns, "No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence" (Psalm 101:7 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of deception that has taken hold in this situation and command it to flee in the name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). Lies are a tool of the enemy, and we declare that they will not prevail.

We pray for the landlord’s team, lawyers, and legal representatives, that the Lord would convict their hearts of sin and lead them to repentance. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). May they turn from their ways and embrace the truth, for "the truth will set you free" (John 8:32 WEB). We ask that God soften their hearts and open their eyes to the destruction their actions have caused, not only to you but to their own souls.

Lord, we also pray for divine intervention in this legal battle. You are the ultimate Judge, and we trust in Your justice. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6 WEB). We ask that You expose every lie, uncover every hidden agenda, and bring forth the truth in a way that glorifies Your name. Let Your light shine in the darkness, for "there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17 WEB).

We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). We choose to trust in Your timing and Your perfect will, even when the path is difficult. Strengthen us to walk in forgiveness, as You have forgiven us, while also standing firm in the truth.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, whose blood was shed to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Amen.

We hear the weight of a situation where truth seems to have been set aside, and we’re grateful you brought it here. It’s hard to keep showing patience and kindness to people who have acted dishonestly; that kind of grace is not something we can muster on our own. We’re thankful God has sustained you in it so far.

In a legal conflict like this, it’s easy to become consumed with what the other side is doing or what they deserve. We find that when we fix our eyes there, we lose energy for what we can actually steward, our own integrity, our own response, and the quiet trust that God sees exactly what’s happening and is not indifferent. While we join you in asking God to work in the hearts of those involved, we also want to encourage you to keep anchoring yourself in the truth you already know: that you belong to the One who is Truth, and He will not abandon you to a false narrative. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do in the face of deception is to keep being people of honest word and clear conscience, leaving the outcome in God’s hands.

If you haven’t already, it may also be wise to seek steady, prayerful counsel, someone who can help you navigate the practical side of this while praying with you through each step. You don’t have to carry this alone.

Let’s pray:

Jesus, we lift up these legal circumstances to You. You see every hidden thing, and You care deeply for those who are wronged. Give our friend continued strength to respond with honesty and patience, even when it feels costly. We ask You to bring truth to light in Your time and in Your way, not for vengeance, but for the good of all involved. Guard our friend’s heart from bitterness, and grant clear thinking and peace as this unfolds. Thank You that we can entrust this entirely to You. Amen.

Lies are serious crimes, and the hail shall sweep away the refuges of lies. A cold, hard Truth of God falls from Heaven like a hailstone and crashes right through the glass roof of false confidence. Those who practice dishonesty build for themselves a shelter so frail that it cannot stand, and unless they turn from it, they shall suffer the consequences of lying.

Yet the prayer offered for the ###’s team shows the patience and kindness that grace alone bestows. It is well that this kindness shines, for truth is never so powerful as when it is embodied. Truth spoken may be defeated, but truth acted out in the life is mighty through the Spirit of God. Continue to trust God, and let that trust banish all fear of man. Why should any believer be afraid of a man that shall die, or the son of man who is but a worm? The Lord is the portion of His people, and their hope lies Godward.

The resistance to dishonesty must be built up, and this can only come as the Spirit of God accompanies the divine Truth. The Gospel brings power where it is received in truth. It is not cold logic or eloquence that changes hearts, but the Holy Spirit applying the Truth. When sinners understand that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became Man and suffered in the place of all who trust Him, that truth can break down the love of falsehood and make honesty grow. Believe Christ’s word to be true, and appropriate that word; this is the faith that reconciles and restores.

No limit can be set to the power that lies in the divine expiation. In His precious blood there is more than sufficient reason for faith. Trust therefore in the atonement, and do not grow weary in doing good. The Lord will meet with sinners on the ground of truth, and only there. When confession owns the truth of sin, and faith owns the truth of Christ’s sacrifice, God smiles upon the penitent. Pray on, and leave the outcome with Him who is the King of Truth.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to pray for those who have wronged you, to ask that they may be freed from the bondage of dishonesty. This is a mark of a soul that has tasted the mercy of God and longs for even its enemies to know the truth that sets free. Yet take care, lest while you pray for their resistance to be built up, you neglect to examine your own. The war within the soul is the most grievous of all. External adversaries cannot harm us if we are at peace with God; but if we harbor any hidden deceit, any seed of covetousness that justifies a sharp bargain or a careless oath, then we ourselves are pierced by a far more deadly wound. Pray, then, not only for them, but for yourself, that you may walk in all godliness and honesty, for we daily need grace to escape the snares of this world.

Do you think it a small thing, what dishonesty does to the one who practices it? The liar and the cheat do not merely break earthly laws; they shatter the vessel of their own soul, so that even when truth shines upon them, they cannot receive it because their eyes are clouded. That is why you must not simply ask for their resistance to be restored, but for nothing less than a complete renovation of heart. Pray that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, who wills all to be saved. Yet remember that God’s will does not override a man’s refusal; you must add to your prayers a life that bears witness. Let your own honesty be so bright, your dealings so free from the least taint of greed or falsehood, that you become a light by which they might see their darkness.

When you thank God for the grace to show patience and kindness, be careful that this patience does not become a quiet pride. It is easy to think ourselves righteous while we count the faults of lawyers and landlords. But what if we were to look closely at our own buying and selling, our own words in the marketplace? Is there no overreaching there, no eagerness to win at another’s loss? Even honest labor can become dishonesty when the heart is fixed on gain alone. I have seen artisans who live by the sweat of their brow, yet fill their mouths with oaths and their pockets with unjust profits. Let no one say, “My hands are clean,” unless the heart also has been washed. So as you pray for those who have lied, pray that you yourself may never love money so much that you bend the truth to get it.

Do not measure victory by the outcome of your legal strife. The only freedom worth having is the freedom of a conscience at rest in Christ. That is the peace which passes all understanding, which no lawyer can argue away and no court can revoke. If you have that, you are rich beyond all telling; if you lack it, no favorable judgment will bring you relief. Therefore pursue this peace with all diligence. Let your prayers rise early, before you step into the battle of the day’s affairs, for the market is a storm and prayer is the anchor. And as you pray, give alms; let your hands dispense mercy even as your lips ask for it. Then, even before your petition is answered, you will find that God has made you more than a conqueror over the only enemy that truly matters: the sin that lurks within your own breast. Go forth then, not with anxiety over what others may do, but with a quiet and peaceable mind, adorned with godliness and honesty, and trust that the Truth Himself will fight for you.

Your prayer lifts up the very heart of the matter. Jesus is indeed the way, the truth, and the life. Lies are not a small offense; they corrode and devour. There is a rightness in asking the Lord to build up resistance to dishonesty in those who have broken that down. Truth is an eternal thing. It abides forever. The whole of a just legal system rests on the sworn commitment to truth, and when that is abandoned, it invites chaos and oppression.

But notice the turning in your own petition. You speak with thanks for the patience and kindness shown to you, grace received from the Father through Christ’s blood. That very same mercy you have tasted becomes the measure for how we pray concerning those who oppose or even harm us. It is a common tendency to ask for mercy for ourselves and strict justice for our adversaries. The heart that has truly stood before the cross learns a different cry.

The Psalms show a man after God’s own heart praying raw, even fierce words, casting the burden of vindication onto the Lord. Nehemiah met mockery and lies not by taking up his own cause, but by offering a prayer and setting a watch, letting God be his defense. This is not passivity; it is active trust. Praying that God opens their eyes to the truth is right. Praying that they do not suffer the consequences of lying is a noble desire, born from the mercy you have known. Yet we must hold both truths together: the compassion that longs for their repentance, and the sober recognition that the Lord’s paths are mercy and truth. He will not force their will. He honors the image of God in them enough to let them choose, even poorly. Prayer opens a door for God to work, but He will not violate the will He gave them.

So sometimes the deepest work to be done in a situation like this is not first in the landlord’s team, but in the one praying. The Spirit uses seasons of conflict to expose where we still want our own will accomplished under the guise of prayer. Are we truly surrendering our will, or asking God to arrange the world to our liking? Prayer is not an agency to accomplish our will upon the earth. It begins with God and His purposes. It is worship that realigns us with His nature. The great discovery is that God is for us, not against us. He is the defender of the weak and the one who sees. That assurance allows us to stop striving and to offer the whole tangled mess into His hands, trusting that He will think upon us for good.

Continue to dedicate your way to Him. Let your prayer be the constant, quiet lifting of your heart, asking for His wisdom and for His mercy to be revealed, even while you act responsibly in the situation. Vain is the help of man, but through God we shall do valiantly. He is the one who works. His truth endures, and in His time, He will bring every hidden thing to light. May that deep peace of Christ, which surpasses the need for immediate answers, guard your heart and mind as you rest your cause in Him.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek God’s truth and righteousness in this difficult situation. It is a sacred trust to lift up your heart before the Lord, especially as you intercede not only for your own integrity but also for those who have acted dishonestly. Your prayer reflects a Christlike spirit—asking for grace to extend patience and kindness even in hardship, while boldly petitioning God to break the strongholds of deceit.

We continue to pray that the Lord would rebuild a resistance to dishonesty in the hearts of your landlord’s team, their lawyers, and all involved. May the Holy Spirit convict, soften, and transform them, so that truth would prevail and freedom would be found in Christ. We ask God to open their eyes to the destructive path of lies and to draw them toward repentance, sparing them from the consequences of unrighteousness.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—whether through a breakthrough in honesty, a change of heart, or a miraculous resolution—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage many others who are facing similar battles. If, however, the answer has not yet come, we invite you to post this request again so that we may continue to stand with you in persistent, faith-filled prayer.

May the God of all truth strengthen you, guard your heart, and fill you with His peace as you walk in surrender to His will. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
