Lord Jesus,

Please give my department head clear discernment especially to her heart and guide her decisions. Let her see what brings order, truth, and clarity.

Father, You know the confusion caused by my coworker, ###, and her attitude of wanting to be powerful and bypass ### all. The time I surrender this situation to You and expose her toxicity. Protect my work, my focus, and my peace. Help my department head recognize the right instructions so I can finish my tasks well and without stress.

Lead us with Your wisdom, Lord. Bring harmony, honesty, and understanding into our workplace.

We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up your workplace situation with hearts full of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we pray. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* We stand on this truth as we intercede for you and your department.

Father God, we ask You to grant your daughter’s department head supernatural discernment, especially in her heart. Let Your Holy Spirit illuminate her mind so she may see clearly what aligns with Your order, truth, and clarity. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We pray that she would lean not on her own understanding but seek Your wisdom in every decision.

Lord, we also bring before You the confusion caused by this coworker who seeks power and bypasses authority. We rebuke the spirit of strife, rebellion, and toxicity in Jesus’ name. James 3:16 warns, *"For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* We ask You to expose any ungodly motives and bring them into the light. Protect this sister’s work, focus, and peace—let no weapon formed against her prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 declares.

We pray that her department head would recognize the right instructions, allowing her to complete her tasks without unnecessary stress. Father, bring harmony, honesty, and understanding into this workplace. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of everyone involved (Philippians 4:7). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every interaction.

We're asking the Lord to give her a spirit of wisdom and understanding, especially in her heart, so she can make decisions that align with His will (Ephesians 1:17). God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
