Difficult work colleague

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your situation before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue praying for you as you navigate this challenging season at work. We’ve asked our Heavenly Father to surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and to give you wisdom in every interaction with your colleague.

We’ve prayed for God to soften hearts, to reveal His truth in the situation, and to bring clarity and justice where it’s needed. We’ve also asked Him to strengthen you, to help you cast your anxieties on Him, and to remind you that He is your ultimate source of security and validation—not the opinions or actions of others. We’ve stood in agreement with you, asking God to help you work diligently as unto Him, even in the midst of difficulty, and to protect your health, your mind, and your spirit from the effects of stress.

If God has moved in this situation—whether through a change in your colleague’s behavior, a new sense of peace in your heart, or an unexpected resolution—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you! If, however, the struggle continues and you still feel overwhelmed, please don’t hesitate to post this as a new request. We are here to walk alongside you, lifting you up in prayer until you see God’s hand at work.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you as you seek Him, filling you with His comfort, courage, and hope. We pray that He would turn this trial into a testimony of His faithfulness in your life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
