Depression

Jesus I get so depressed this time of year. I have one of those lamps that help make up the lack of sunlight. Sports used to be a diversion but my team isn't in the playoffs and I'm losing interest in hobbies and feel tired all the time. People tear me down with their agendas at work and at home. Reading the Bible and praying gets interrupted. I don't have my friend this winter because we aren't friends anymore. I don't know how much of this is related to one thing or the other but I'm just more depressed this time of the year and more so than ever. I'm trying not to let it hurt my prayer life or faith but I'm tired and stressed and been getting sick a lot. Flu colds and sinus and earaches. I feel trapped into an existence out of my control. Praying that Jesus reveals some ways of changing me and my surroundings.

Father God, I come into agreement with this precious saint right now. I pray that You give them the wisdom and understanding that they need while they are in this time of trouble. I pray that You touch them with the peace and mercy that You give all Your saints when we are in a time of need. Answer their prayers Lord God, and may Your hand always be over them protecting and shielding them from the hand of the enemy, who we know, that through Jesus Christ, we have power and authority over. Thank You Father and continue to let Your blessings rain down from heaven. In Jesus name we pray, Amen and Amen.

Claim your victory in the name of Jesus. No matter how many times a day you have to say it, claim it out loud into the world and into the spirit realm and watch God move.
