We join with you in prayer for deliverance for you and your son and we stand together on the truth that in Christ every curse is broken and has no authority over those who belong to Him.
The Word tells us Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and that He delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love Colossians 1:13. We do not need to live in fear of curses or spoken words against us, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We rebuke any curse, spell, or assignment of the enemy against you and your son and declare that it is ended now by the power of the blood of Jesus. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We encourage you to walk in that freedom daily, putting on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11, staying in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with other believers, and refusing to give the enemy a foothold through fear.
We also lift up your son for safe and healthy weight loss and for healing from past hurts. Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in us, which we have from God, and we are called to glorify God in our body 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray that God will give your son wisdom, self-control, and strength to steward his body well, and we agree with the prayer that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We encourage healthy, gradual steps under wise medical guidance, balanced nutrition, movement, and rest, trusting that the Lord will sustain him and give him discipline without shame or extreme measures.
For the hurts of the past, we know the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We pray that your son will experience that deep inner healing, that God will replace pain and memory with His peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, and that he will know he is more than a conqueror through him who loved us Romans 8:37. Do not be afraid, for I am with you Isaiah 41:10 is His promise to you both.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that every prayer and every deliverance is through Him. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. We declare that every curse spoken or intended against this dear one and her son is broken and ended now by the blood of Jesus, and we rebuke every scheme of the enemy and command it to leave and not return. We ask You to surround them with Your protection and fill them with Your peace and assurance that they are Yours. Lord, we lift up this son to You, we ask for Your hand upon his body, give him wisdom and self discipline to lose weight safely and in a way that honors You, strengthen his health and guide those who advise him. Heal his heart from past hurts, bind up his wounds, restore his joy, and let him know how deeply he is loved and valued by You. Help them both to walk in freedom, to fix their eyes on Jesus, and to grow in faith and wholeness. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Your burden for deliverance has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the Lord who alone works deliverance with His hand and outstretched arm. The Scripture declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us, and in Him every curse is broken, for He bore in His own body the penalty that was due to us. There is no curse that can stand against those who are hidden in Christ, for He is our ransom and our deliverance from the pit, and by His blood we are not merely delivered by a moral change in us but by a redemptive work for us.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord who is the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing in His wings, and that the leaves of the tree which are for the healing of the nations would bring virtue to his body and soul. We ask the Lord to grant him wisdom and strength to lose weight safely, to care for his body with temperance and health as a steward of what God has given, and to grant him deep healing from past hurts. Pardon and healing are one in Christ, and when Jesus dwells with us He makes us to forget the sorrow of the past. He can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before, so that what was wounded is restored and what was heavy is made light by His grace.
Let us pray. O gracious Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son who was made a curse for us, we ask that Thou wouldst cause every curse spoken against this family to come to nothing and to be ended now by Thy power. Bring them forth with deliverance and enrich them with Thy mercy. Lay Thy healing hand upon this dear son, guide him in safe and wise paths for health of body, and heal the wounds of former years in his heart and mind. Let him live and declare the works of the Lord, and let his life show that Thou hast been gracious and hast found a ransom.
