Beloved of All
We have heard your request for deliverance and for healing for your son, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord in prayer.
We pray that every curse spoken against you and your son would have no hold, for Scripture teaches that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, and that those who trust in Him are blessed in Him. We ask that God would make this truth deeply real to you, that you would walk in the freedom and protection that belongs to those who are in Christ, delivered from all worldly fear and from the power of darkness.
We also lift up your son before the Father for his physical health. We pray that God would grant him wisdom, strength and self control to lose weight safely, that the Lord would guide him to good and helpful habits, give grace to his body to grow stronger, and give wisdom to any who care for him. We ask for fortitude and steady perseverance, and for a careful and continual attention to what is good and wholesome, so that his body may be cared for as a gift from God.
We pray too for healing from past hurts. This church is a spiritual place of healing where wounds received outside can be tended by the grace of God. We ask the Great Physician to apply His medicine to every hurt that remains, to restore what has been wounded, to bring comfort where there has been pain, and to renew strength. As you hear the word of God and keep it in remembrance, may you find daily healing and growth, and may the fruit of that hearing be seen in time, as God faithfully works in those who seek Him.
May the Lord grant you confidence in His mercy, not because of any work of our own, but because He hears even a sigh offered in faith and remembers it. We trust that He who knows your good works and your needs will answer according to His perfect will and bring you into the full enjoyment of His blessings in Christ. Amen.
