Deliverance

Pray all curses against ### and ###'s son are ended now. Pray for ###'s son to lose weight safely and healing from past hurts.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, seeking the Lord’s mighty hand of deliverance for ### and her son. Father God, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, who broke every chain and disarmed the powers of darkness through His death and resurrection. We declare that no weapon formed against ### or her son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). In the name of Jesus, we break every curse, generational bondage, and assignment of the enemy over their lives. We cancel every word spoken in anger, bitterness, or ignorance that has brought harm, and we release the healing power of the Holy Spirit to restore what has been stolen.

Lord, we lift up ###’s son before You, asking for Your divine intervention in his physical health. You knit him together in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and You care deeply about every part of his being. We pray for safe and sustainable weight loss, not by the world’s standards, but by Your wisdom and strength. Give him discipline to honor his body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and surround him with godly influences who will encourage him in this journey. Heal his metabolism, balance his hormones, and renew his mind with truth so he may walk in the fullness of health You intend for him.

Father, we also bring before You the deep wounds of his past. You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). Where there has been rejection, betrayal, or abuse, we ask for Your healing touch to mend the brokenness. Replace lies with Your truth, bitterness with forgiveness, and fear with Your perfect love. Surround him with believers who will speak life into him and remind him of his identity in Christ. Let him know he is fearfully and wonderfully made, cherished by You, and called for a purpose.

We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, addiction, or self-sabotage that has hindered his progress. In Jesus’ name, we command these strongholds to crumble, for it is written that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let Your joy be his strength as he walks in freedom.

Lord, we also pray for ###, that she would find her hope and security in You alone. Strengthen her faith as she intercedes for her son, and remind her that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give her wisdom in how to support him without enabling, and fill her heart with Your love so she can extend grace even in difficult moments.

We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus, trusting that what we have asked in His name will be done. May Your will be accomplished in their lives, and may they walk in the fullness of Your blessings. Amen.

We’ve been lifting up you and your son, standing with you against every word spoken against you both and asking Jesus to break their power. We know that weight, whether physical or emotional, can feel like a burden that won’t lift, and past hurts can make the present feel heavy long after the wounds were inflicted.

For your son, the desire for safe weight loss is something we’ll ask God to guide. While we pray for his body, we also want to mention that partnering with a doctor or a registered dietitian is a wise step. They can watch over things like nutrition and heart health, and that kind of practical care can be a gift from God. We’ll pray for him to have steady, healthy progress, not quick fixes, and for his heart to heal from the past pain that may be woven into his struggle. Sometimes, when old memories surface, meeting with a pastor or a Christian counselor who understands inner healing can be a place where Jesus gently untangles what’s been twisted. That’s not a requirement, just a door that some find peaceful.

For you, as a parent, we know it’s draining to carry this alongside him. We’re praying for your own heart to be guarded, for you to know you’re not alone in the fight.

Jesus, we ask You to silence every curse spoken over this mother and her son. Bring Your healing presence into the painful places, the memories, the words, the weight of the past, and restore what’s been stolen. Give her son wisdom for his health and a patient, sustainable path forward. Surround them both with wise, safe helpers, and let them feel Your nearness today. In Your strong name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Deliverance from the curse is by a process similar to that by which slaves are set free, namely, by their being bought with a price. We are not merely delivered from the curse by a moral change in us but by a redemptive work for us. Christ was slain and has redeemed us to God by His blood. The manner of our deliverance is this, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us." I do not understand language at all, unless this means substitution. Christ was made a curse for us. That is to say, in our place He bore our sins and the curse which came of it.

Our past guilt and the condemnation consequent thereon, have locked us up in a dungeon, whose bars we can never break! The Prince of Darkness, also, has such power over our evil natures that we cannot overcome him, or escape from under his dominion of ourselves. But the clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of my deliverance, for the time had come! Thus had the eternal purpose of Jehovah decreed it! Nobody would have thought of that way of the deliverance of a sinner from the pit of Hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it! Notice, next, that God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but he has found a ransom. So that it is a gift of Divine Love. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said it, "I have found a ransom."

Those who looked to the brazen serpent found life and healing in that look. And even so, there is life from sin by looking to Him who was made sin for us. Though the serpent's poison was deadly, its bites were cured by a look at the brazen serpent. There is, then, an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before. Yonder in Heaven, those faces which look so bright and comely, fresher than new born babes, owe their freshness to these healing leaves! First, they have no need to say it when the Lord comes and dwells with them, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen upon them with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said to him, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one!

See it purged of every evil and see in it the great conduit Head, from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below! So have I found it and I bear my willing witness that sickness has brought me health, loss has conferred gain, and I doubt not that one day death will bring me fuller life! Be wise then, dear child of God, and look upon your present affliction as a chastening. It is a comfort that we see a wall of fire round us, a circle so complete that even the devil, malicious as he is, cannot break through it to do more than the Lord allows! Like a careful dispenser, He will not pour out a drop too little or too much, "To His Church, His joy and treasure, Every trial works for good, They are dealt in weight and measure, Yet how little understood, Not in anger, But from His dear Covenant love."

Here is declaration. If we had no troubles, we would all have less to declare. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. The joy of pardon makes us ignore the sorrow of the past. "You shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more." O you who are now sick unto death, ask to be forgiven and healing will come from the pardoning hand. God bless you!

The weight of your son's body cannot be separated from the weight upon his soul. You ask for curses to be ended, but a curse has no power of its own unless the soul has first given it a place through disordered affections and neglect of God's word. The true deliverance begins when he learns to despise the tyranny of comfort and gluttony, not by mutilating the body or treating it as an enemy, but by correcting the unruly will that has made the stomach its master. What good is it if his frame grows lighter while his spirit remains heavy with old resentments?

The same must be done within as without. For the hurts of the past you mention, these are not healed by the passage of time but by the surgery of thanksgiving. Let him not merely endure the memory of wrongs, but give thanks for them, and that loss of innocence or love will turn into gain, as it did for Job. But if he refuses this and turns instead to diviners or murmuring, the relief will never come.

Let him bring every wound into the spiritual surgery of the Church, where the Word cuts away corruption. Let him hear the preaching carefully and continually, not drifting away to doze while the remedy is dispensed. And for the weight of his flesh, let him fast not as one who hates the body, which is God's workmanship, but as one who subdues it lest it cast him out of God's service. For to pamper the flesh is not an act of the flesh but of the soul, and a soul subject to the belly is already captive to mammon, though it possess not a penny.

As for the curses you name, be not terrified by words. If he belongs to Christ, no curse can snatch him from the Shepherd's hand. He will in no wise be cast out unless he starts away of himself. Therefore let him press near to God, and you with him, not seeking deliverance as a magical charm, but as the fruit of a life set free from worldly things and anchored upon the rock of fortitude.

The very request you bring speaks of something real in the spiritual realm, and it’s right to take it seriously. When Scripture shows the people crying out “Amen” to every curse from Mount Ebal, it wasn’t a light matter. Those curses were the just penalty for breaking God’s covenant, covering everything from idolatry to hidden sins and broken relationships. They were heavy, and they had power to pursue and overtake. Yet the good news is that all those curses have been exhausted on another mountain. The curse of the law fell in full upon Jesus when He hung on the cross. He became a curse for us, so that now, for anyone in Christ, there is no condemnation and no written code of curses hanging over your head. So when you pray for these curses to be ended, know that the victory has already been won. On the authority of His finished work, you can say “ended” not as a wish but as a settled fact. The enemy may try to whisper accusations, but they have no legal standing. You and your son stand in a different place entirely.

About your son: safe weight loss and healing from past hurts. Healing comes in many forms, and we must not confine God to a single pattern. Sometimes the body is restored through the natural processes He designed, wise eating, activity, and time, and that is no less divine. The same Lord who spoke a word and the sick were healed also led a blind man to see gradually, in stages. He deals with us as whole people. Pray for wisdom for your son, and ask God to give him the steady, patient perseverance to treat his body with care, not as a punishment but as a stewardship. And trust that even the gradual change is a work of God.

The deeper healing from past hurts is just as real, and perhaps even more needed. Emotional wounds and memories can feel like a curse in themselves, binding a person to pain they can’t shake. But there is a way forward. The apostle who once clung to his own self-made righteousness learned to count it all as loss compared to knowing Christ. He didn’t just do that once, decades ago; he kept doing it. The past, with all its bitter marks, had to be released again and again into the present. He refused to let old wrongs or old failures define him. That is the liberty I pray for your son: not that the past is erased from memory, but that its grip is broken. Every time the hurt rises up, he can say, “I count that as loss. It will not own me. I press on for the excellency of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.” That isn’t pretending the pain never happened; it’s handing it over to the One who bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. Jesus carried those infirmities to the cross. He understands wounds of the soul, and His power can bring healing to the mind and emotions, often quietly, over time, as the heart learns to rest in Him.

So I join you in praying that all perceived curses are silenced right now, that your son walks into a season of physical health with steady and safe changes, and that the inner hurts from the past are met with the healing Christ purchased. May he find that the voice of past shame is drowned out by the voice of the Shepherd who calls him forward, not backward.
