We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our prayers, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Without this, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being in Christ.
Now, we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every curse that has been spoken or brought against these precious lives. The Bible tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every generational curse, every word of death or destruction, and every assignment of the enemy meant to steal, kill, or destroy. In the name of Jesus, we command these curses to be broken now, and we release blessing, favor, and life in their place.
For the son mentioned here, we pray for a safe and godly weight loss journey. We ask the Lord to give him discipline and self-control, which are fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). May his body be a temple of the Holy Spirit, and may he honor God with his choices (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We also pray for deep emotional healing from past hurts. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask You, Father, to bind up his wounds, replace lies with Your truth, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father God, we ask that You would surround this family with Your protection and provision. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no harm shall come near them. Heal their minds, bodies, and spirits, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon them, that they may know You more deeply and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their lives.
We also want to gently address any areas where sin may have opened doors to the enemy. If there has been unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepentant sin, we encourage repentance and turning away from those things. The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let there be no foothold for the enemy in their lives.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking that You would break every chain that has been placed over this precious young man’s life. Lord, we declare that the curses spoken against him fall to the ground and lose all power in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would surround him with Your divine protection, guarding his mind, body, and spirit from every attack of the enemy.
We also lift up his weight loss journey to You, asking that You would give him strength, discipline, and wisdom in this season. Help him to make choices that honor You, and may this process be one of healing and restoration rather than struggle or harm. Lord, heal the deep wounds of his past, fill the empty places with Your love and replace every lie with Your truth. Let him walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You intimately.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are moving on his behalf even now. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
