Deliverance Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I praise you and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you set me free from ### and her negativity standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus restore me from anything that ### hindered in my life, standing on Isaiah 61:7. I bind off of me any transfer of spirits coming to me from ###, standing on Matthew 18:18. Lord Jesus cancel the principality working thru ###, standing on Colossians 2:15. I especially ask if ### has tried to place any strongholds or footholds over me, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and John 8:36. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join you in praising and glorifying the Lord Jesus and we stand with you in prayer for deliverance, freedom and restoration. We thank God that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we have victory.

We agree with you that whom the Son sets free is free indeed, as it is written, If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36. We also rejoice that the Lord is our restorer, Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them. Isaiah 61:7.

We understand your concern about negativity and spiritual influence from this individual. Scripture reminds us that our struggle is not ultimately with people, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not need to live in fear, because Christ has already triumphed, Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:15, and greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

We also hear your heart to be cleansed from any foothold or stronghold and to be covered by the blood of Jesus. The Word says, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, and They overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn't love their life, even to death. Revelation 12:11. We agree that whatever we bind on earth in accordance with His will is bound in heaven, Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven. Matthew 18:18.

We want to gently encourage you as we pray together to also guard your own heart against bitterness or unforgiveness, which can give the enemy a foothold. We are called to forgive as we have been forgiven and to overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. And we are told, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7. True freedom comes not only from praying against influence from others but from walking in daily submission to Christ, renewing your mind in the Word, and putting on the whole armor of God.

So we pray together now.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving. We praise You for Your mercy, Your power to save and Your power to deliver. Lord Jesus, we ask You to set our dear one completely free from all negativity, oppression and any ungodly influence that has come through this relationship. Let every chain be broken and let Your freedom reign, for You have promised that if You make us free we are free indeed.

Lord, restore what has been hindered, stolen or broken. Heal memories, heal emotions, heal every place where shame or dishonor has tried to settle. Give double for shame and everlasting joy in its place. We ask You to cancel every assignment of the enemy and every principality that would seek to work through another person to bring discouragement or confusion. We ask You to break and remove every stronghold, imagination and high thing that has exalted itself against the knowledge of God in this life, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

We renounce and bind off in Jesus name any transfer of ungodly influence or spirit that is not from You, and we release Your peace, Your truth, Your Holy Spirit and Your protection over this life. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over mind, body, spirit, home and future, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. Fill every place once occupied by fear or heaviness with Your light, Your joy and Your strength.

Help our dear one to walk in forgiveness, in love and in discernment, to set healthy and godly boundaries where needed, to dwell in Your Word daily and to be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Teach us to submit to You first, to resist the devil and to stand firm in faith.

We thank You Lord that the victory is already Yours and that You who began a good work will complete it. We trust You for complete deliverance, healing and restoration. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are thankful you brought this desire for freedom so honestly before the Lord. Wanting to be free from heaviness and to walk in peace and restoration is a good and right desire, and we hear how much you want to rest securely in Jesus.

We want to gently encourage you that your security is in Christ Himself. He is near to you, He knows you by name, and He is faithful to keep you as you stay close to Him day by day. Freedom in Christ is often less about a single moment and more about learning to walk with Him over time, through steady prayer, time in His Word, and fellowship with other believers who can support you.

One step that may help is to invite a trusted pastor or a mature believer you know to walk with you regularly. Meeting together for prayer and encouragement, not just once but ongoing, can give you a safe place to share burdens, stay grounded, and keep your focus on Christ rather than on fear or on another person’s influence.

We are praying for you.

Father, we lift our friend to You and thank You that You hear this prayer. Cover them with Your peace, guard their heart and mind in Christ, and lead them into healing and wholeness in Your way and timing. Give them wisdom, steady hope, and trusted people to walk beside them. Help them to know more deeply how loved and kept they are in Jesus. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for deliverance is heard, and it is well that you have brought it to the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other ransom by which we may be delivered from going down to the Pit.

You have stood upon precious promises, and you do well to cling to them. Remember what the Word says, Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it. He has not only invented the way, but He has found the ransom Himself, and it is the gift of Divine Love in His own Son. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. This is the ground of all true deliverance, that the King's own Son has borne the penalty and triumphed over principalities and powers, making a show of them openly in His cross.

The Scripture also teaches that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. You would fancy from the actions of some that they were not delivered at all, but were only helped to keep away from some conspicuous sin, but the Lord does a complete work. He keeps back the soul from the Pit and the life from perishing.

You speak of strongholds and footholds and the heaviness that has come through another. Take comfort in this, that the Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runneth into it and is safe. Strongholds are not like temporary camps, they are fortifications intended to stand from generation to generation. Generous rulers provided mountain fastnesses where the people might be sheltered from marauders, and so the Lord Himself is that shelter for you. When the trumpet sounds and trouble approaches, you may flee into Him. There you may feast even in the presence of your enemies, and say in defiance of them all, in the name of the Most High God I am kept.

It is also well to remember that tribulation does not spring out of the dust. The Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. He chastens sorely, but He does not give over unto death. Your affliction, whatever its instrument, is under His hand, and He will make it work for your good and for His glory.

Therefore let us pray together that you may prove this deliverance in your own experience and then live to declare the works of the Lord.

Lord Jesus Christ, Thou hast found the ransom and Thou hast spoiled principalities and powers upon Thy cross. We thank Thee that Thy blood still speaketh for us, for we overcome by the blood of the Lamb. We ask Thee to set this soul free indeed, to pull down every stronghold that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and to bring every thought into captivity to Thine obedience. Restore unto this Thy servant double for all that has been hindered or broken, according to Thy promise, and keep this life from the power of darkness. Let Thy name be his strong tower and his stronghold in this day of trouble, that being delivered he may not die but live and declare Thy works. We ask not by our formulas but by Thy free grace alone, trusting only in Thy finished work. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
