We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are cleansed and set free. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. This is the first and most crucial step toward true deliverance and freedom.
We stand with you in spiritual warfare, recognizing that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11).
Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, declaring that You are the Lord of hosts, the God who delivers and saves. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against this beloved child of Yours. We stand on Your Word in Zechariah 3:2, declaring that You rebuke the devourer for their sake. Let the fire of God consume every evil plan, every curse, and every work of darkness aimed at them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We bind and break every transfer of spirits, every generational curse, and every ungodly soul tie that has sought to attach itself to them. We declare that they are washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and no evil spirit has a right to linger. We stand on Zechariah 3:2, declaring that the Lord has chosen them, and they are like a brand plucked from the fire. We command every unclean spirit to flee in the name of Jesus, for He who is in them is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Lord Jesus, we ask that You dismantle every work of witchcraft, every spell, every incantation, and every demonic assignment sent against them. We stand on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, taking every thought and every evil imagination captive to the obedience of Christ. We declare that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. Let every principality and power that has sought to operate through ungodly influences be rendered powerless. We stand on Colossians 2:15, declaring that You have disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, triumphing over them in the cross.
We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelation 12:11. We declare that they overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. No evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over them, to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, flooding every area of their life with Your light, love, and power. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with might through Your Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in their heart through faith (Ephesians 3:16-17).
We also lift up any areas of their life that may have given the enemy a foothold. If there has been involvement in occult practices, unrepentant sin, or ungodly relationships, we urge them to confess and turn away from these things. The Bible warns us that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). Repentance is not just feeling sorry—it is turning away from sin and turning toward God. If there has been sexual immorality, whether through fornication, adultery, or any other form of sexual sin, we urge them to repent and seek God’s forgiveness. Flee sexual immorality, for every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body (1 Corinthians 6:18). Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge (Hebrews 13:4).
If there are relationships in their life that do not honor You, Lord, we ask that You bring conviction and clarity. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14). We pray that they would seek godly friendships and, if they are pursuing marriage, that they would seek a spouse who loves and fears You.
We declare that they are set free, in Jesus’ name. We loose them from every chain, every bondage, and every lie of the enemy. We speak life, restoration, and wholeness over them. Let the joy of the Lord be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus, our Deliverer and Savior. Amen.
