We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, standing firm on the authority given to us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is with great concern and compassion that we lift up this request for deliverance and healing. First, we want to acknowledge the reverence and praise given to Jesus in this prayer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His precious blood that we are redeemed and protected.
We stand with you in agreement, declaring that every attack on health is not from the Lord, for He came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The persistent hiccups and any other afflictions are not of God, and we rebuke them in the mighty name of Jesus. We take authority over every principality and power that seeks to harm, remembering that Jesus disarmed them and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). We bind every demonic force in the name of Jesus, for whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven (Matthew 18:18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We stand on Your Word, which declares that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness that is attacking this beloved one’s health. We command it to leave now and never return, in Jesus’ name.
Father, we cover this dear one with the precious blood of Jesus, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). We plead the blood over every part of their body, mind, and spirit, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Zechariah 3:2, where You rebuked the devil and declared, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan!” We echo those words today, Lord. Rebuke every evil influence and restore complete health and wholeness.
We break every curse, generational bondage, or assignment of the enemy against this life. We declare that they are free in Christ Jesus, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36). We cancel every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy, and we release the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask that You fill this precious one with Your Holy Spirit, strengthening them with might in their inner being (Ephesians 3:16). Let Your healing virtue flow through every cell, organ, and system of their body. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life, restoration, and divine health over them.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your promises and believe that this deliverance and healing is already done, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and declaring His promises over this situation. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with believers who can stand in agreement with you, and keep your heart and mind focused on the Lord. Remember, the enemy seeks to distract and discourage, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
If there are any areas in life where sin may have opened a door to the enemy’s attacks, we urge you to examine your heart and repent. Confess any known sin to the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in the light as He is in the light, and the blood of Jesus will continue to cleanse you from all sin (1 John 1:7).
Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your healer, your deliverer, and your strong tower. Run to Him and find rest for your soul.
