We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is clear that you are engaging in spiritual warfare, and we stand with you, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. First, we want to affirm that your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we appreciate your reliance on the power of Jesus’ name and His precious blood. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We are grateful that you have called on Him, for He alone has the power to break every chain and set the captives free.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to use any person, principality, or power to bring harm, bitterness, or division. The Word of God declares in Zechariah 3:2, "Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!" We stand on this truth, declaring that Satan has no authority over the lives of those who are in Christ. Every principality and power that exalts itself against the knowledge of God must be dismantled, for Colossians 2:15 tells us that Jesus "disarmed the principalities and the powers, and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in it." We declare that every evil influence working through any individual or system is rendered powerless in the name of Jesus.
We also address the spirit of bitterness that may have taken root. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We bind every root of bitterness and command it to wither and die, for it has no place in the lives of God’s children. We pray for healing and restoration for all who have been affected by this negative influence, trusting in the promise of Jeremiah 12:14, where the Lord says, "I will pluck them up and I will bring them out of their land, and will gather them out of the countries where they are scattered; and I will bring them again to their own land which I gave to their fathers."
We also stand on the promise of Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh." We declare that no weapon formed against you or those you are praying for shall prosper. Every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned, for the righteousness of Christ covers you.
Let us now pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We stand on the truth of Your Word, declaring that every principality, power, and spirit of darkness that seeks to bring harm, bitterness, or division must bow to the name of Jesus. We rebuke every negative influence and command it to flee in Jesus’ name. We break every chain and declare freedom for those who have been oppressed or affected by these forces.
Father, we ask You to humble every heart that has been lifted up in pride, for You resist the proud but give grace to the humble (James 4:6). We pray for healing and restoration for all who have been wounded or led astray. Root out every evil influence and replace it with Your love, peace, and truth. Protect Your children from every scheme of the enemy, and let Your light shine in the darkness.
We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that by His blood, we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment will be condemned. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. May Your will be done in every situation, and may Your name be glorified.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
