Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the deliverance of this man who rented his flat to you.
We have continued to bring him before the Lord and we remember your request that God would help him to hear His voice concerning His holy plan for his life and to see the clear unmistakable truth about his identity in Christ as a new creation in Him according to 2 Cor 5:17. We have agreed with you that the Lord would open his eyes to the false identity he adopted when he strayed from the narrow path and followed his own desires into sinful relationships and activities, that He would break his stony heart and give him a heart of flesh according to Ezek 36:26 and give him courage to follow the narrow path and soften his heart for His glory.
We have also prayed as you asked that the Lord would separate him from ungodly influences including those in his household, that he would recognize the depth of the love of God and the sinful and hateful nature of the relationships where he is controlled and blackmailed and where his life may be in danger, and that he would be given understanding to fear the Holy name of the Lord and to depart from evil and from the evil woman in his life according to Prov 3:7.
If your request has been answered and you have seen God working to open his eyes and to lead him to depart from evil and to seek the narrow path, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and he remains bound or under ungodly influence, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
We pray together now that the Father would continue His deliverance work in this man, that the Son would set him free indeed according to John 8:36, and that the Holy Spirit would grant him repentance and understanding to turn from sin and walk in truth. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We ask all these things in Jesus Name amen.
