We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His divine protection and peace in the midst of this conflict with your coworker. The Bible tells us in Psalm 55:22, *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* We stand on this promise, believing that God is our defender and refuge in times of trouble.
First, we must address the importance of lifting this request in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is through Him that we find true peace and protection.
