My Father in heaven it is the most painful thing I have ever started but it must be done. I ask You to forgive me wherever I did wrong in their upbringing. For the times I was too busy or weak to confront them and was blind and always found excuses. I stop here today now. No more lies, no more co-dependency. I am so so sorry for my hand in this. Please Lord, show them the truth. Your truth. Amen.
