Your request begins with a call to God! Do not think that our Lord does not hear that! "Come to Me all of you who are heavily burdened and I will give you rest...take My yoke and put it on and learn from Me for my way is easy and My load is light!" Let Jesus hook his yoke into your burden so as He may pull you out of this quagmire...at the same time do things that you enjoy, gets you out and feel the sunshine... all fears come from the mind but joy comes from the soul...
