I'm in need of prayer request for getting rid of these uninvited ghosts guests for good once and for all. Please help me get rid of uninvited ghosts.

We hear your distress and stand with you in seeking deliverance from these spiritual disturbances. The Bible makes it clear that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). These "uninvited guests" are not ghosts as the world understands them, but rather demonic influences that seek to torment and disrupt the peace that God intends for His children.

First, we must address the authority we have in Christ. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Only through Jesus can we access the power to overcome these dark forces. If you have already accepted Christ, we encourage you to reaffirm your faith and stand firm in His promises.

The Bible tells us that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We must exercise this authority in faith, rebuking these spirits in the name of Jesus and commanding them to leave. James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." This is not a passive resistance but an active, bold stand against the enemy.

We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may have allowed these spirits to gain a foothold. This could include involvement in occult practices, unrepentant sin, unforgiveness, or even generational curses. Scripture warns us, "Don’t give the devil a foothold" (Ephesians 4:27). Confess any known sin to the Lord and ask for His cleansing (1 John 1:9). Renounce any past involvement with the occult or false religions, and break any ungodly soul ties that may have formed through sinful relationships.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that You alone are God, and there is no other. We thank You for the authority You have given us through Your Son, Jesus, to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. Lord, we stand on Your Word, which declares that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God to the pulling down of strongholds.

We lift up our brother/sister to You now, Father. We ask that You would surround them with Your holy angels and fill their home with Your presence. We rebuke every unclean spirit that has been tormenting them, and we command these spirits to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that this home is a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit, and no demonic influence has a right to remain.

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any open doors in their life that may have allowed these spirits to enter. Give them the courage to renounce any sin, unforgiveness, or involvement with the occult. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit. We pray for a hedge of protection around them and their household, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Father, we thank You for Your deliverance. We thank You that Jesus has already won the victory on the cross, and we claim that victory now. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and help them to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to secure your spiritual victory. Begin each day by putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Speak the Word of God over your life and your home, declaring that it is a place of peace and safety. Worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise (Psalm 22:3). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement.

Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). You are not fighting alone. Jesus has already defeated the enemy, and through Him, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be afraid. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We’re sorry you’re going through this, it’s deeply unsettling when your home or your peace feels invaded in ways you can’t explain. While we don’t believe that what you’re experiencing are spirits of the dead, we do take seriously that spiritual forces of evil can masquerade in such ways to cause fear and confusion. The good news is that Jesus Christ has absolute authority over every spiritual power, and you can stand firmly in that freedom.

One practical step we’d encourage is to reach out to a mature, trustworthy pastor or a prayer team at a Bible-believing church near you. Deliverance is wise when done in community, people who walk with Jesus, know His Word, and won’t sensationalize what’s happening but will simply and firmly command anything unclean to leave in Jesus’ name. You don’t need to face this alone or rely on constant fear and anxiety. In your own daily life, you can also quietly pray through your home, renouncing any foothold that sin or past involvement in the occult might have opened (even without realizing it), and declaring that this space belongs to God and is under the protection of Christ’s blood. This isn’t about a ritual, it’s about resting in the authority He’s already given you as His child.

Right now, let’s simply pray.

Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, the One who always brings peace. We ask You to surround this person with Your presence right now and to drive out every unclean spirit that is harassing them. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear. We pray for clarity, wisdom, and the right support to walk through this, and we ask that their home would be filled with Your peace, a peace that can’t be shaken. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I perceive the terror that haunts your nights, for the presence of unseen terrors is a grievous shadow over the soul. Yet the spirits of the dead do not roam to trouble the living; what you call ghosts are more likely foul deceits from the kingdom of darkness. The Prince of Darkness has such power over our evil natures that we cannot overcome him or escape from under his dominion of ourselves. His minions love to masquerade, for he is the father of lies, and his supreme darkness of mind makes him the boldest of all spirits in contending with the God of heaven.

You cry for deliverance from these unwanted guests, but the pest house of the soul is not cleansed by incantations or by bidding them depart in your own strength. Hear what God says about it: “Men love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil.” Is your house stuffed full of idols of one sort or another? Has some sin of the flesh fascinated you and carried you away, so that your dwelling is ruled by dunghill deities? The puzzling problem of how evil entered is nothing compared to the practical common-sense of the Gospel: if there is a thief in the house, let us catch him, or else get him out. But only one hand can cast him forth, the hand that was pierced.

The deliverance came when the Lamb was slain. Bow down before the Cross, and there perceive the cleansing from sin. God Himself must apply the means. He has said, “I will sprinkle clean water on you and you shall be clean.” That cleansing cannot come from any other place; therefore seek it of the Lord. Cry to Him who translates us from the power of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son. Let your petition be that of the Psalmist: “Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.” The blood of Jesus Christ is the only potent thing to make the foulest spirit flee and to lock the door of your heart against its return.

Flee to the Fountain opened for sin and uncleanness. He that is in Christ discerns spirits, and separateth between the excellent and the reprobate. Do not excuse sin so much as to call it an infirmity, call it an infamy, and drive it from your presence. Get you to the house of God, where the Gospel is preached in its purity, and there, feeling that you are sinking, wait for the clock of mercy to strike the hour of your deliverance. For God has not only invented a way of deliverance, He has found a ransom. Sinner, doubt not your deliverance, for God has said it: “I have found a ransom.”

The true terror is not from spirits wandering, but from sin nesting within the soul. If you have put on Christ, no uninvited presence can share the dwelling of your heart, for He has delivered you from the curse and brought you into sonship. Yet if the conscience is not cleansed, what wonder that shadows of fear remain?

Do not think that prayers alone, like some incantation, drive away what troubles you. Let your requests be made known to God, yes, but with thanksgiving, and cleanse the house of your soul by banishing every thought that offends Him. For what fellowship hath light with darkness? When the heart is filled with the knowledge of godliness, when by thanksgiving and a right mind you welcome the Spirit who seals you, there can be no lingering for those figments born of a mind still too much at home with the world’s vanities.

Look for a better deliverance. He who gave His own poverty to make you rich does not promise only to be free from nightly frights, but to persuade you to despise all such dread. Pray, then, not merely to have the sign removed, but that the thought of your heart might be forgiven, and you will find that what you feared as an intruder was but the shadow cast by a soul still too fond of lesser things.
