Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### and the burden that is being carried. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise today.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. We pray for deliverance from these evil and intrusive thoughts. We know that these thoughts are not from You, for Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." We claim this truth over ### right now.
Father, we ask that You fill ###'s mind with Your peace and Your truth. Help ### to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, as it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5. Surround ### with Your love and protection, and let the Holy Spirit, who is indeed holy and pure, bring comfort and strength.
We also pray for forgiveness and mercy, as ### seeks Your grace. We know that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23) and that You are faithful to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power to deliver and to heal. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
