Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for my health. I've ###, ###, ###, with poor vision, ###, am experiencing alcohol withdrawal; I have no strength, endurance or stamina, I have tinnitus, bad teeth; plus I suffer from chronic pain in my upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, hip, knees, and lower back. I'm dizzy and light headed, and suffer from mood swings and anxiety. I get angry real easy too. Please ask God to heal me. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen..

And God please bless each of us with the desire, love, strength, and spirit of obedience to always obey Your Word and Will for each of our lives.
