Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for my physical, mental, and spiritual health. I've been a heavy drinker for many years. It's adversely affecting my health. Today I decided once and for all I'm quitting cold-turkey. I've already started some withdrawal symptoms, including the shakes, dizziness, weakness, ringing in my ears, and anxiety. I'm scared. Please ask God to keep me safe and help me through this. Please ask Him to help me turn around. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.

You cannot quit cold turkey. I pray you read and acknowledge the steps and find the support to help your body through this time.
