Beloved of All
The pain you are carrying comes through very clearly, and the Lord sees it fully. The grief over a marriage that might have been and now is over is a deep loss, and it is right to bring that grief to Jesus and to ask Him to close that door completely so you can heal. When Scripture speaks of marriage it speaks of a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and when that hope is broken there is real mourning. God does not ask you to pretend it did not hurt, but He does invite you to stop living in the horror of that past day, going over and over what might have been and tormenting yourself with it.
What you describe about intrusive thoughts drilling in your head, the feeling of being used like a puppet, and even painful sensations in your gums and nerves, is consistent with what the Bible reveals about the reality of demonic harassment. These spirits are real and they can afflict the mind and body with a torment that Scripture compares to the sting of a scorpion. It is a torment you cannot escape by hiding away or by your own willpower alone. Their purpose is to accuse, to defile, to keep you bound to the men from your past and to the corruption of the world that influenced them.
But the same Scripture shows that God sets a limit on what these spirits can do and that He has a place of confinement for them. They are not free to do as they please forever, and they must bow to the authority of Jesus Christ. Those who belong to God are marked as His own, sealed by His Spirit, and the torment that falls on others is not given the same power over them. Your cry to be covered by the blood of Jesus is the right cry, because salvation and protection are through Jesus alone. It is His blood that cleanses, His name that makes the spirits flee, and His power that breaks every chain of being used and manipulated again.
In Jesus you are not a puppet. You are a child of God, bought with a price, given a sound mind and a will that can choose to follow Him. To walk in that freedom, bring every thought captive to Christ. When those voices and images from the past come, answer them out loud with truth. Say that you belong to Jesus, that the past is forgiven and put away, and that those old bonds have no right to you now. Feed your mind daily with Scripture, pray plainly and persistently, and stay in fellowship where others can pray with you and for you.
I pray for you now that the Lord Jesus will lift this heavy oppression from your mind and body, that He will calm the nerves and bring peace to your mouth and head, that He will silence the lies that you were chosen against or replaced, and that He will cut off every lingering tie to the men from your past and to any false and hurtful family patterns that wounded you. I ask that He will draw a line of protection around you, your innocent family members, and your home, including your cats. It is a good and tender desire to want to love your pets again, and God cares about that gentle part of your heart. Ask Him to restore that affection and to guard your home so that no evil has access there.
If the physical pain in your gums and nerves continues, please also have it checked with a doctor or dentist, while you continue to pray for spiritual deliverance. God often heals through both prayer and practical care.
You do not have to carry this alone. Keep calling on Jesus, keep renouncing the past in His name, and keep asking Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit and His peace. He is patient and slow to anger, and He has heard your urgent cry for an end to this torment. He is able to make that end real in your life and to give you rest, protection, and a renewed ability to love.
