We are lifting up your daughter before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her knee. We trust in the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Matthew 21:22 WEB "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing grace for our sister's daughter. We ask that You touch her knee, that any pain, swelling, or discomfort would be eased, and that she would be made whole. We trust in Your power and Your goodness, knowing that You are the Great Physician.
Lord, we also lift up her spirit. She is nervous about her tryouts this weekend. Grant her a sound mind and a spirit of power and love, not of fear, as reminded in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her, as per 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Father, we ask that Your will be done in her life. If it is Your will, allow her to try out for soccer this weekend. Guide her steps and grant her favor with those who evaluate her.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed, according to Isaiah 53:5 WEB.
Amen.
We encourage you both to keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting in His plan for her life. May this situation draw you closer to Him and may He grant you both His peace. If you have not already, consider praying together, reading God's word, and seeking His will as a family. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and live in right relationship with God, Acts 4:12 WEB.
In times of worry or doubt you can lean on the promises of the Bible, such as Psalm 46:1-3 WEB "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won't be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling." God is your strength. He is not far away but close and ready to help.
We also exhort you to remember the importance of giving thanks in all circumstances, as per 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB. Praise Him for His goodness and for the trials that build our character and faith.
