We lift up your daughter before the Lord, our Great Physician, who sees her pain and knows her disappointment. Father, we ask for Your healing touch to be upon her broken leg. You are the God who knits our bones together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and we trust in Your power to restore what is broken. May her healing be swift and complete, without the need for surgery, so that she may return to the field in Your perfect timing. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise of restoration.
Lord, we also bring her heart before You. The loss of what she was excited about—her upcoming plans, her high school soccer season—is heavy, and we ask that You comfort her in this disappointment. Remind her that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28), even when the path is unclear. Strengthen her emotionally and mentally, filling her with peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help her to trust in You, knowing that Your plans for her are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
We rebuke fear, anxiety, and discouragement in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Surround her with Your presence, Lord, and let her feel Your love in tangible ways. Provide her with godly friends, family, and mentors who will encourage her and point her to You.
Father, we also pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers. Guide their hands and decisions as they treat her, that they may be instruments of Your healing. And as she recovers, help her to use this time to draw closer to You, to grow in patience, and to see Your faithfulness even in the waiting.
We thank You, Lord, that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We trust You with her healing, her heart, and her future. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
