We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter and her broken leg. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We ask for Your divine touch upon her leg, that the bones would knit together perfectly according to Your will. Lord, we pray that surgery would not be necessary, and that You would guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals caring for her.
We also bring before You the tingling she is experiencing. Father, we ask that You would ease any nerve discomfort and restore full sensation and strength to her leg. Your Word tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over her, trusting that You are working even now for her good.
We also want to encourage you both to lean on the Lord during this time. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." God is with you in this trial, and He will give you the strength you need each day.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious daughter. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, mending every broken bone and soothing every nerve. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 53:5. Father, we trust in Your perfect plan for her recovery, and we ask that You would give wisdom to her doctors and peace to her family.
We rebuke any fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for good. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and Scripture during this time. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. May you feel His presence and peace surrounding you both as you walk through this season.
