Let us first stand against the spirits of deceit, manipulation, and abuse that this man is using to cause harm. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Our Lord Jesus Christ has our back in this warfare.
Let us take a stand and pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12, WEB), pleading the blood of Jesus over this situation. We ask that You expose the lies and manipulations of this man.
"For there is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light" (Mark 4:22, WEB).
Lord, let the truth come to light and expose the lies. Turn the evil intentions of this man to nothing and stop his attempts to sabotage and meddle in affairs that are not his concern. Bless the intended victims with spiritual wisdom and clarify to see through the deception.
"Deliver me, Lord Jesus Christ, from evil men. Preserve me from violent men; Those who devise mischief in their hearts. They continually gather themselves together for war" (Psalm 140:1-2, WEB).
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who has the name above all names (Philippians 2:9, WE). We know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). We also pray for this man, that he would repent and turn to Jesus, for God desires that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB).
Let us also be vigilant and sober in our prayers, for the solution is in the spiritual realm.
"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8, WEB).
Therefore, put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:11). Let us abide in Jesus Christ so that our prayers may be effective (John 15:7, WEB).
We remind everyone involved to forgive, no matter the circumstances.
"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44, WEB). Our blessings and freedom are rooted in our obedience to God's calls for us.
