We are truly sorry to hear about the trial you are facing with Child Protective Services (CPS). We will stand with you in prayer and truth as you navigate this challenging situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth. It is important to come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of trouble, we should call on Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, the only one who intercedes for us before the Father and who will go before your heavenly Father on your behalf. We will pray that God's will be done in this situation and that you will be guided by the Holy Spirit throughout this process.
We understand that you are experiencing a great deal of stress. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
We will pray to the Lord to grant you supernatural peace during this turmoil. We pray that God will keep your children safe and that they will remain with you. We pray that if there is any truth that needs to come to light, if there are any areas where you are at fault, that God would convict your spirit and that you would be given all the grace and strength you need to set things right with your family, CPS and the court.
We also pray that any false accusations would be exposed and that the truth will be revealed. We pray for wisdom for all parties involved in the court proceedings, that they would act with integrity, fairness, and compassion, remembering that God is the ultimate judge. It is important to note that we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB.
We pray that the Lord would give you strength as you seek the best for your children and that you would be able to rest in the knowledge that God is in control. We pray that you would be able to forgive those who have wronged you and that you would be able to find a path forward that honors God and keeps your family together.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this parent who is in distress. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in this situation, and we ask that You send Your angels to defend and protect this family. We pray for the well-being of their children and that they will be able to stay with their parent, and that if it is in Your will Lord, the accusations will be revealed to be false and dismissed.
We pray for strength for this parent, as they navigate this challenging time. We ask that You fill them with Your peace, and that You guide them in all truth and wisdom. We pray that You would soften the hearts of the court and CPS officials, and that You would bring conviction to anyone who has brought false accusations.
We pray that this parent would be able to forgive those who have wronged them, and that they would be able to find a path forward that honors You and keeps their family together. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to be strong and courageous, and to trust in the Lord with all your heart. It is written in Psalm 28:7 WEB, Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him. We will continue to pray for you and your family, and we trust that God will work all things together for good. Be strong in the Lord, and trust in Him to guide you through this challenging time.
