We understand your concern and fear during this difficult time. First, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea. Psalm 46:1-2 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection and guidance for this family. We pray that You will shield them from COVID-19 and keep them safe and healthy. We pray in Jesus Name.
Lord, we also bring before You the sister who is battling COVID-19. We pray for Your healing touch upon her and ask that You will guide her actions and decisions, so she will not put others at risk. Help her to understand that these actions may cause harm to her loved ones.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom for this family as they navigate this situation. Guide them in how to best help their sister while keeping themselves safe. Give them the courage to make the right decisions and the words to communicate them effectively. If it be Your will that they take the containers, we ask for Your protection. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail." Isaiah 54:17 WEB. And if it be Your will that they don't take the containers, we ask that You will provide a solution.
We also pray for peace and comfort for this family. Stress should not overcome us. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. This stress will not affect your health. Father, they are protected in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that You will turn this situation into an opportunity for this family to draw closer to You and to each other. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Be wise and be prudent, for we are protecting our earthly temples.
