We rejoice with you in gratitude for the strength and endurance the Lord has provided in your physical discipline! It is wonderful to see your recognition of God’s hand in every area of life, including the care of the body He has entrusted to you. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks to honor God in all things, and we join you in giving Him all the glory. The discipline you practice in physical training can also serve as a reminder of the spiritual discipline required in our walk with Christ. As it says in 1 Timothy 4:8, "For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the strength and endurance You provide each day. We praise You for sustaining us in both the seen and unseen battles, for giving us the ability to press on in faith and in discipline. Lord, we ask that You continue to strengthen not only our physical bodies but also our spirits, that we may run the race set before us with perseverance, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. May every effort we make, whether in exercise or in service to You, bring glory to Your name. Help us to remember that our true strength comes from You alone, and may we always seek to honor You in all we do. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in all things, for He is faithful to equip and sustain you. May your heart remain steadfast in Him, and may your life be a living testimony to His goodness and grace.
