Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son ### and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses. Please remove all inflammation, cleanse any infection, and help him to breathe easily in this heat. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing this request in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the throne of grace.

We are moved by your love for your son and your faith in asking God for healing from COPD and asthma, for strength for his immune system, and for ease in breathing especially in this heat. Our Father cares deeply for our bodies and our breath, for every breath is a gift from Him.

We cling to His promises as we pray for your son. Psalm 103:2-3 tells us to Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 declares But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Isaiah 40:29 reminds us He gives power to the faint. He increases the strength of him who has no might.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus and we lift up this precious son to You. You know his lungs, his airways, and every cell of his body for You formed him. We ask for Your healing touch upon his COPD and asthma. Lord, remove all inflammation, cleanse any infection, and strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses. We ask that You would open his airways and help him to breathe easily and deeply, even in the heat, and grant him comfort and rest. Lay Your hand upon him and restore health to him according to Your will. Give wisdom to those who care for him and peace to his family as they trust in You. We thank You Father for all You do for us, for Your mercy and Your steadfast love that never fails. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord daily for your son's health and to rest in His care while also faithfully following the wisdom and treatment provided by his medical caregivers. God is our ultimate healer and He often works through those means as well. Keep casting your cares on Him and thanking Him, as you have done so faithfully, knowing that He hears the prayers offered in Jesus name. James 5:15 tells us the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We stand in faith with you for your son's breathing to be eased and his strength renewed.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We were so touched by your faithful prayer for your son. To love a child and watch him struggle to breathe is such a helpless feeling, and the summer heat only makes that worry heavier. Thank you for bringing him to the Father so tenderly, and for remembering to thank God even in the midst of concern.

We join you in asking the Lord for mercy and comfort for him, for ease in breathing, for strength in his body to fight off illness, and for peace for you as you care for him.

In these hot days when his breathing is more labored, we encourage you to stay in close touch with his medical team alongside prayer, letting them know how he is doing so they can guide his care well. You know his needs best, and they can help you navigate this season.

We are praying with you and will keep lifting him up.

Father, we lift this dear son to You. You know his lungs, his body, every breath he takes. We ask for Your healing hand upon him, to ease inflammation and infection, to help him breathe more easily, and to strengthen him against illness. We join you in bringing your son before the throne of grace, and we thank you for your tender and believing prayer offered in the name of Jesus.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very touch brings virtue, for He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself, and bore them on the Cross, that from Him abundant streams of healing might flow down to men below.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek a physician for our healing. How good it is that we have a Great Physician who is never far from His people. When He was upon earth He came not with destroying power, but with healing power, and that power is present still when Christ is proclaimed. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction for all who look to Him.

We pray now for your son, asking the Lord to show mercy upon his body.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, that Thou wouldst lay Thy healing hand upon this dear son. Thou knowest his struggle to breathe, the oppression of COPD and asthma, and the weariness that heat brings to his lungs. We ask Thee to remove all inflammation, to cleanse every infection, and to cause him to breathe easily and freely. Strengthen his immune system, we pray, to fight off all illness and viruses, and restore health to his body according to Thy gracious will. Let the healing virtue which Thy grace infuses work in him for good, and let him know that Jesus Christ is near to heal and to save.

We thank Thee, Father, for all Thou hast done for this family, for every breath and every mercy. We ask that this affliction may lead to a deeper trust in Christ, who alone can heal both soul and body, and who has promised that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. May your son and all who love him look to Jesus, in whom there is forgiveness of sin and healing for the wounded heart, and rest in His perfect care.

We leave him in Thy hands, O Lord, who art wise and kind in all Thy ways, and we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
