We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, and we are here to intercede and offer guidance according to the word of God. We are thankful that you are turning to God in this time of need and that you mentioned Jesus' Name. This is very important because it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. This is further explained in the book of Acts:
'This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!' Acts 4:11-12 WEB
In times of trouble the Bible tells us to not only pray to God but also to seek wisdom in the Bible. We need to commit our requests to the Lord and believe in Him.
'Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.' Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
We will certainly be praying for your healing. Your health concerns have been laid out before the Lord, and we trust that He will heal you according to His will.
'But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed.' Isaiah 53:5 WEB
Regarding your financial matters, we encourage you to trust in God's provision. He knows your needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory. We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's provision and wisdom in managing your finances.
'But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.' Matthew 6:33 WEB
Concerning your family, particularly your estranged daughters, we pray for reconciliation and healing. We encourage you to continue living in peace and not stress which is God's will for your life. Unfortunately, there will be trials that we cannot control but we can continue to pray for a change in them and ourselves.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort they are experiencing due to the bowel obstruction and back pain. We pray for Your healing hand to restore their health and strength.
We also bring before You their financial needs. Lord, You are the provider of all things, and we trust that You will supply all that is needed according to Your riches in glory.
Father, we also pray for reconciliation and healing in their family, particularly with their estranged daughters. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring them back into a loving relationship with their mother and grandmother.
In all these things, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done and for Your peace to reign in their life. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to cast your burdens on the Lord, knowing that He cares for you. Stay strong and be encouraged.
