We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply for every detail of your life, even the struggles of your body. The Scriptures remind us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Your suffering is not unseen by Him, and we trust that He will provide both relief and wisdom as you seek Him.

It is good that you have turned to the Lord in this time of need, but we must gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach the Father except the name of Jesus Christ. The Scriptures declare, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). While you mentioned Yahweh and Yahshua, we want to clarify that Jesus Christ is the English representation of *Yahshua*, the Hebrew name for our Savior. It is through faith in Him alone—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we have access to the Father and receive healing, wisdom, and salvation. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).

As for your struggle with constipation, we encourage you to seek both divine intervention and practical wisdom. The Lord often works through means such as proper diet, hydration, and medical advice. Proverbs 3:5-8 tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones."* Let this be a reminder to steward your body well while trusting God for healing.

We also rebuke any spiritual strongholds that may be contributing to this affliction. Sickness can sometimes be influenced by the enemy, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We command every infirmity in your body to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, declaring that *"by his wounds you have been healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering from this unbearable constipation. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every part of our bodies with wisdom and care. We ask that You touch their body right now, bringing relief and restoration. Remove every blockage, soothe every discomfort, and grant them the wisdom to know how to care for their body in a way that honors You.

If there is any spiritual opposition at work, we rebuke it now in Jesus’ name. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace and assurance that You are near, even in this physical trial.

Father, we also pray that if our brother/sister has not yet fully surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their heart to receive Him as Lord and Savior, that they may walk in the fullness of Your healing power, both spiritually and physically.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to take practical steps toward relief, such as drinking plenty of water, eating fiber-rich foods, and consulting a healthcare professional if needed. The Lord often uses these means to bring about healing. Stay steadfast in faith, knowing that He is with you and will see you through this. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
