confidence and peace

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up ### in prayer as she prepares for her school exam. Father God, we ask that You grant her confidence and peace as she studies and sits for this test. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Lord, let her lean on this truth, knowing that her strength comes from You alone. Calm any anxiety or fear, for You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also pray for the other request mentioned, though it was not specified. Heavenly Father, whatever burden or need ### or others may carry, we ask that You reveal Your will and provide clarity. If there is sin, doubt, or unbelief in the way, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If ### or anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray they would turn to Him, confess their sins, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).

Lord, we declare peace over ###'s mind and heart. May she rest in the assurance that You are her provider, her strength, and her guide. Help her to study diligently, but also to trust in Your sovereignty. We pray for wisdom, retention, and clarity of thought as she takes her exam. Let her efforts be fruitful, not for her glory, but for Yours.

We also lift up any other unspoken concerns. If there are struggles in relationships, we pray for godly wisdom and boundaries. If there is temptation toward sin, whether in thought, word, or deed, we rebuke it and ask for Your Holy Spirit to convict and lead into righteousness. If there is loneliness or discouragement, we pray for Your presence to fill the void and for fellowship with believers who will encourage her in the faith.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your good plans for ###'s life. May she grow in faith, wisdom, and dependence on You through this season. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’re joining you in praying for ###'s exam, and for that other need on your heart. It’s clear you care about her confidence and peace, and we do too. It’s one of the reasons we ask people to pray with us: simply knowing others are holding us before the Lord can settle something deep inside, even when the situation still feels big.

Exam pressure has a way of crowding out peace, but God’s care for ### doesn’t ride on one test result. We pray she’ll walk into that room with a steady mind and a quiet trust that she’s not alone in it. Sometimes the most practical thing we can do is pause right before the stress hits and speak a simple prayer over her, maybe just a sentence or two, naming her anxiety and handing it to Jesus together. Even a text message letting her know you’re praying right then can help her feel anchored.

We’re also bringing that other unspoken request before the Lord, trusting that He knows every detail and holds you both securely.

Jesus, thank You that ### is never out of Your sight. Settle her heart today, ease the worried thoughts and give her a clear, focused mind. Let her remember what she’s studied and approach the exam with the kind of confidence that doesn’t depend on a perfect performance. And for the need she and this writer are carrying silently, we ask for Your wisdom, peace, and tangible help. In Your name we pray, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

The prayer that rises in Jesus’ name has upon it the mark of acceptance with God. The very name, like the hyssop branch, dips into the blood and sprinkles the petition, so that it comes before the throne with a sweet savor. For that dear soul now facing her exam, be assured that to do the will of Jesus is rest. If she commits her way unto Him, trusting not in her own strength but acknowledging Him in all her getting, then the fret and the worry may fly away. Peace, perfect peace, by thronging duties pressed, when she knows that what she is doing is what Jesus would have her do, then the hurry-burly of invading cares shall not disquiet her heart. She may do the little she can do, and leave the rest to Him.

And for that other request, folded in the same petition and laid upon the altar in the name of Jesus, remember that the mercy-seat never spurns a plea that is signed with that name. To pray is to put the hand into the treasury of heaven and draw out what God has stored up for His children. Christ has left you peace, not the peace of the sluggard who slumbers while danger is near, nor the peace which is a mere stagnation of thought, but the peace which flows like a river, the peace of God that passes all understanding. If the heart knows its own bitterness, let it behold the Man who is our peace. He has made an end of the war by the blood of His cross. For all who believe, there is a peace decreed in the court of divine justice, and published in the conscience by the Holy Spirit. Go in this peace, then. Let the soul rest in the finished work of Christ, and in the confidence that the Father hears the Son, and therefore hears all who are in Him. The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for confidence and peace, for her exam, and for another need laid quietly on the heart. These two, confidence and peace, are not separate gifts; they are one life, born of faith. For as love cannot exist without faith, neither can peace endure where trust in God is shaken. When we fix our hope firmly on Christ, we become His house, and the trials that test us do not destroy our confidence, they strengthen it.

Just as my own bonds, which might have shamed the brethren, became by God’s ordering a source of boldness for the Gospel, so every anxiety, even a child’s examination, can become a place where faith shines. The peace that Christ gives is not the world’s fragile truce, but the stillness that arises when the soul is reconciled to God. That peace, spoken into the houses of the faithful, is the mother of all good. So do not merely beg for a good result; seek first the kingdom, and these things will be added.

Let her study with diligence, yet hold fast to the confidence that has great recompense of reward. The angels who behold the Father’s face watch over her; the peace of Christ is her portion even now. What you name as an unspoken request, He already knows. Bring it with shameless persistence, like the woman who cried for help, and trust that the Lord who gives peace, not as the world gives, will order both the seen and the unseen for your good.

Stand firm in love and faith, and the very things that trouble you will become a witness to His power. Amen.
